Dear customer， thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the bikini purchase and the return policy.

Regarding the fit of the bikini and your concern about the price, we completely understand that swimwear fit is very important, as every customer has a different body shape and fit preference. Although we provide detailed size information to help customers select the most suitable option, factors such as body proportions, bust and hip measurements, and personal comfort preferences can affect how a swimsuit fits. We are sorry that the item did not meet your expectations after purchase, and we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving our products and sizing guidance.

Regarding the non-returnable item policy, we would like to clarify that we periodically run promotions where certain items are marked as non-returnable in accordance with the rules of each promotion. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they are defective, do not match their description, or fail to perform as described.

We acknowledge that the non-returnable status of these items may not have been prominently highlighted on the product page, and we sincerely apologize if this information was overlooked or caused any confusion. We are actively working to optimize our website presentation to ensure that such information is more visible and easier for customers to notice before placing an order.

Lastly, to solve the issue as soon as possible, we sent a message to you. If you could get back to us with your order information, we would highly appreciate it. Looking forward to your response.
