Customer support seems to be non existent. I tried enquiring about a repair, as the rear sensor glass had cracked when dropped on a hard floor. No response from multiple emails or the online form for support. Very disappointed and won't be buying from them again.
The Bip6 watch needs a regular factory reset due to display and wake problems. No customer service.
Not what I was expecting after positive reports from Which!.
My Amazfit Active 2 reset to the barcode screen and will not pair after many, many attempts. The watch worked well for 4 months and I was pleased with the features. I completed the online form and emailed the support email directly. I have yet to receive a response or acknowledgment from either. It is a good product whilst it lasts but a bricked watch after 4 months with no means of return or support means that it poor value overall and this company should be avoided. They do not seem to respond to Trustpilot comments across the US, EU and UK sites. Looking at other reviews my experience is not unique.
Bought the new Balance 2 and started having issues within a month. Nothing from customer service after several emails. Absolute joke avoid
My partner bought me a watch for Christmas and we were sent a faulty one which does not hold its charge, even with minimal functionality turned on it only lasts 1/4 of the promised time.
Contacted the customer service twice for a return under statutory rights but no response.
Partner has had their watch nearly a year and it's really good, so you've just got to hope you are shipped a good product and don't need their non existent customer service
Had to message the support team to see what's going on but got the watch via UPs next day. The TRex 3 was made for Alhamdullilah. Beautiful watch, some serious tech and very fast and steady. AMAZFIT keep up the good work. Thanks for the open ear pods. Lots of respect to you all. 10/10
Customer care is a joke. I have sent back an helio ring because the size was wrong. They have received the item back one week ago and customer care is not responding to emails nor the item with the correct size arrived at my address.
