Awful quality rip of shoes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is a scam ,recieved faulty shoes ,arrived in a plastic bag and put through the letter box size wrong ,damaged and unable to contact Chinese company saying they are UK based

I bought what were sold as orthopeadic sneakers. After waiting for ages, numerous attempts made to contact them by phone,
permanently engaged, no reply to emails eventually they arrived but were 'crap'. I eventually got an email and they said return would be at my expense to an address in Hong Kong. They would then decide if they would refund me and at what level. This would be a bigger loss still. I would rather put them in a shoe bank for charity.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. ALL IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS IN ITS ADVERTS.!!!!!

I ordered sandles from this company that were supposed to be orthopedic footwear. When I received them the soles were slippery and as I have just had a knee replacement they were to dangerous to wear.
I contacted this company through their email and asked for a return lable as stipulated in their return policy. I was told that the return is at my cost. This company is in China Not UK. Do not order from this scam company

Supposed to be a orthopedic Sandler.rock sold can't walk anywhere in them.

Please don’t buy from this so-called company. Absolutely disgusting sandals, nothing at all like the photo on the facebook page. Chinese based, not Uk and totally unhelpful personnel there.
Don’t get sucked in to this totally awful company.

Poor quality shoes that don't fit, and they ask me to send back to China for a refund. Don't buy from here! Nothing UK about these shoes at all - I have reported them to action fraud. This site needs to be shut down.

I would give this Chinese company a fat zero if I could. There is nothing U.K about them. Trainers arrived in 12 days and were absolutely rubbish in every way. I asked to return them and was told to pay myself...no labels given. I returned through Evri with tracking costing me a further £14. The tracking shows they have reached a local sorting office in China and are awaiting taxes to be paid by recipient. After endless emails to the company proving the evidence, I have had to give up and take the loss. Please don't use this company!!!

Pretending to be a British company with 1 - 3 days delivery. It’s a Chinese company, I ordered over a week ago and still not arrived. Yet another dishonest Chinese company allowed to lie to the public. I’ve reported them to trading standards

Ordered shoes took money took weeks to arrive poor quality don’t fit asked for form for refund once u ask that they don’t reply thought it was uk based not hong Chong going to get back to get refund don’t use them .

Ordered trainers thinking this was a UK company, UK Shoes!!!!!!! What a mistake the size is all wrong too small. Got in contact with apparently UK customer services who were as helpful as a Chocolate Tea Pot. We have to send back to China even though there size is wrong and not me. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT WORTH A CARROTT!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM UK SHOES!!!!!!!!! THEY USE THE NAME UK SHOES GIVING THE IMPRESSION THEY ARE BASED IN THE UK. ORDERED 2 PAIRS OF TRAINERS (£91) THEY DID NOT FIT CORRECTLY AFTER MESSAGING THEM THEY TOLD ME TO RETURN THEM TO THEIR ADDRESS IN CHINA !!! I ASKED FOR A UK ADDRESS - NO LUCK THERE - THEN I ASKED FOR A PRE-PAID RETURNS LABEL AND THATS WHEN THEIR MESSAGING STOPPED. BE WARNED THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED AT ALL !!!! ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE ISN'T AN OPTION TO GIVE NO STARS !!!!

I wore the shoes three times for work – the insole of one shoe has already broken. I contacted customer support with photos and a polite request to rectify the issue, only to be met with dismissive replies like “shoes you have already used.” Not once did I ask for a refund or return – I asked how the issue could be resolved.

The tone of the emails was unprofessional and rude, and the implication seems to be that if their product breaks after a few wears, that’s somehow the customer’s problem.

This is not how a reputable company handles quality issues. Avoid – unless you’re happy to pay for shoes that fall apart after a handful of uses and be met with complete indifference when you flag it.

Total scam. Same experience as everyone else. Can this site not be reported somewhere to take it down?

Beware, only wish I’d read these reviews before getting sucked in by this site ! My money went straight away then after 5 days with no confirmation email or text started to research them. Today a week later the so called orthopaedic trainers arrived in the wrong size & poor quality, looking back orthopaedic was spelt wrong should have thought more at the time !
