Je suis ravie de ma seconde commande chez Chrono-KIds. J'avais précédemment opté pour un réveil, et cette fois, mon choix s'est porté sur une montre. Pas de déception à l'horizon : j'ai sélectionné la montre dinosaure pour mon neveu qui est passionné de par cet univers.

Dommage qu il ne soit pas possible de mettre 0 étoile.
Revente de montres très bas de gamme venant d’autres sites (coûtant 2 euros) à des prix 20 fois plus élevés.
La qualité est vraiment médiocre et l’éthique de ce site inexistante.
A fuir !

Ne mérite même pas une étoile.
Comment peut-on laisser un site internet actif avec autant de réclamation !
Combien de personnes se font avoir !
N'y aller surtout pas, les montres ne correspondent pas du tout au descriptif.

Je suis très déçus par ce site !!
J'ai comendé une montre enfant qui s'avère être trop grande. Je demande à la boutique si il est possible de réaliser un échange mais ce site me répond que c'est impossible car cette montre est qualifié de trop fragile alors que mon enfant ne l'avait encore pas porté. Quel dommage...

Commande réceptionnée, le bracelet et le boitier ne sont pas de la même couleur.
Le service après-vente ne répond pas

Chronos-kids: Une arnaque, absolument a éviter. Montre pour adulte, reçu sans emballage, service après vente ne répond pas.

Really bad wish I had read trust pilot before ordering. New watch arrived but has broken in a couple of weeks. No response from their customer service and no phone number to contact. Awful and not a cheap watch!!! DO NOT BUY

The alarm clock I received was very bad quality and didn't work properly. Despite having emailed the company a couple of times to request a return, I still haven't had a response from them. Steer clear!

Same experience of being conned by Chrono-kids watches. Bought a watch for our son, arrived as a massive watch which didn’t fit an adult arm. Sent it back at our expense to the French address they gave us and tracked it as requested by Mary at Chrono-kids. Requested confirmation of receipt from her and she referenced it as still being in transit. Then received package back 2 weeks later with stamp of “packet not accepted” at address. Now not responding to correspondence. How much longer can Chrono-kids keep doing this to customers?

Absolutely shocking! Little did I know at point of ordering that the goods came from China and not France!
I ordered 2 watches for both sons.
1 got cancelled, assuming it was out of stock, the other pending. I was refunded for the cancelled watch. I then foolishly reorded another watch in replacement. They were quick to take the money, but nearly 2 months on I have not received the reorder. I did receive one of the original watches but that took 4 weeks to reach me and came direct from China.
Communication is so so shocking. All I get are automated replies, never answering my question about a refund! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU!

This company is awful. Ordered a child's watch - took an age to arrive and it was terrible - far too big for a child to wear and cheap feeling. Then it stopped working after a couple of days. Customer servcie slow to respond, and finally just pointed me to their suspiciously convoluted returns policy. Went through all the hassle of packing it up to return, and paid a further £9 for shipping. And then after a couple of weeks my package was returned from France saying 'not known at this address'. Really terrible experience

I wanted to buy a kids watch for my grandson to wear in a wedding. His sister had a gold necklace so we talked about a gold watch for him. I found one on the Chrono Kids site that I thought looked nice. It came a few days before the wedding, which was good, but the watch itself looks and feels like something out of a Cracker Jack’s box! It is so light weight, it feels like plastic, but the band is huge. Too big for even my husband’s wrist, and no way to make it smaller. The “gold” band is so bright yellow, it looks awful. I looked at the return policy and decided to take it to the post office since I had only taken it out of the packaging and then put it right back in again when I saw how cheap looking it is. It would cost me almost $20 to send it back to FRANCE!! I was afraid I wouldn’t even get my money back, so I kept it and will give it to my young grandson one day as a gag gift and something stupid that his grandmother did when he was 6 years old. The absolute worst product I have ever ordered.

Disgusting quality products and customer service. Ordered 2 watches for kids for Christmas. One doesn’t keep the time. The other not waterproof as it claimed and arrived without a working battery. No customer service function whatsoever. AVOID!!

This company is drop-shipping rubbish cheap products from China. Their customer service emails bounce with no reply. I ordered an alarm clock which took for ever to arrive and when it did it was a cheap plasticy poorly-made thing. Tried to send it back but they wouldn't accept the returned parcel. Avoid at all costs.

Stay away from this sight…. Rip off, made a purchase for Christmas in November the web sight said items received within 10 business days, folks I just received it TODAY. First off I ordered a gold color KIDS watch for my five year old grandson (supposed to be of good quality) metal material, I didn’t expect it to be luxurious for 29.99, but it feels like plastic and it is huge it’s even lose on my Husband, it’s maybe worth 5 dollars definitely not 29.99, I was skeptical ordering it off line but wanted to make my grandson happy it’s one of the only few items he asked me for, a little kids gold watch, and they couldn’t even send it on time. Certainly wasn’t worth the wait.

I wish I could write a review and leave zero stars. When I ordered the watch it said it would be delivered within 10 days. Fast forward 16 days I still don't have the watch, and have had to purchase something else for my Grandson's birthday. I have reached out to customer service twice with zero response. Plan to dispute charge with my credit card company. Please steer clear of this company!

Purchased a watch for my son for Christmas. Watch is poor quality and huge even for an adult wrist. Contacted them for return several times but no response and so I have given up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible products and terrible service. Worst ever.

Not only did it take over a month to receive the cheaply made watch that was ordered (ordered for a 7-year-old child & it is too big to fit a grown adult), but when asking if I could return the watch - customer service did not respond. When reviewing the site to see how to return the watch, the address is in France (It costs $60+ for shipping costs). Totally dissatisfied with this company, product and customer service - BUYER BEWARE!!! They would receive a 0 out of 10 score and highly do not recommend buying from them.

Bought a watch for a Christmas present.. took a month to arrive.. when it arrived the packaging was cheap,ripped and damaged. Then the watch wouldn’t charge.
Tried contacting the company and had one reply telling me how to charge it when answering that the item is faulty had no reply or acknowledgment!
So now no refund or working watch! Disgusting customer service and cheap and nasty product!

Horrible experience ordered watch then I kid you not 4 minutes later realized I ordered the wrong. Stupidly proceeded to order the watch I wanted with Christmas and timing in mind. After I placed the order I emailed them and explained the situation so they could cancel one of the orders. Mind you this all took place in less than 11 minutes. The emailed me back and stated it’s been processed and shipped and that the second watch is at my disposal. Fast forward to yesterday December 28.I received the wrong watch of course. On top of all of that they have still charged my account twice for the original two watches I ordered. Then I see after tons of emails instead of refunding me they are attempting to send me another watch when I have repeatedly told them just to refund me. I am at a loss of words. And to put the icing on the cake I had three different fraud alert attempts on my debit card in a span of 35 minutes FROM FRANCE. I’m not one to accuse anyone of anything but this is just way to coincidental….
