Seiko Rotocall. Von der Bestellung bis Lieferung alles gut geklappt. Von der Uhr bin ich von der drehbaren Lünette begeistert und das sie aus Edelstahl ist. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

An absolutely reliable company
Ich kann die Firma Uhrstadt absolut empfehlen. Der Bestellablauf war problemlos. Am Anfang meiner Bestellung war ich sehr skeptisch. Ich habe vor meiner Bestellung viel im Internet über diese Firma Uhrstadt recherchiert. Ich habe aber nur positive Informationen gefunden. Die Bestellung verlief vollkommend transparet und problemlos. Auch wurde ich nach der Bestellung über jeden Fortschritt der Bestellung
informiert. Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung hat es genau 7 Tage gedauert. Die Firma Uhrstadt bietet unter anderem die Zahlungsoption per Paypal an. Das bedeutet, dass ich auch bei der Zahlung über Paypal ein sehr sicheres Gefühl hatte, weil ich hier als Käufer abgesichert bin. Die bestellte Citizen Promaster Uhr wurde in der Originalverpackung mit allen Papieren geliefert, die Uhr war mit allen Schutzfolien versehen, also definitiv neu.
I can absolutely recommend Uhrstadt. The ordering process was seamless. I was very skeptical at the beginning of my order. I did extensive online research about Uhrstadt before placing my order. However, I found only positive information. The ordering process was completely transparent and hassle-free. I was also informed about every progress of the order after placing it. It took exactly 7 days from ordering to delivery. Uhrstadt offers, among other options, the payment option via PayPal. This means that I felt very secure even when paying via PayPal, because I am protected as a buyer. The Citizen Promaster watch I ordered was delivered in its original packaging with all documentation, and the watch was also fitted with all protective films, so it was definitely new.

Great seller!
At the beginning I was a little bit skeptical, but the unproblematic, quick contact with the seller cleared up my doubts. I was able to track the delivery and received the watch well packaged and brand new very quickly. The price (including customs fees, which were included in the purchase price) was also very good.
I would definitely buy from Uhrstadt again without hesitation.

Quick delivery from Singapore
I was surprised that the watch shipped from Singapore, but it arrived in less than a week. (Faster than something else I ordered from Germany).
The watch is exactly what I expected, with original packaging, etc.

Absolutely no fake
Absolutely no fake! It's the opposite of this: a serious seller! I bought an Orient Diver watch in absolutely perfect condition! I got it very fast, has been send on Friday from Singapore and has arrived in Germany at the following Monday. And the best: no import taxes or something similar I have figured on. The watch (Orient Mako III) is much watch for a comparatively low price!
I could absolutely recommend this seller.

They stole my money!!!
Fake website. Terrible customer support.
Website looks German, but they are not located in Germany!
I lost - 200 EUR because of UhrStadt.
I ordered a Seiko Mechanical watch in May. Now it is August. I never received anything. I was not able to talk to them. They are not replying to my e-mails. The only thing they are saying is: "be patient, the watch will come." only that. No explanation of "when".
I wrote e-mails to European Consumer Centre (ECC) even they, were not able to find them.
They were quick to take - 200 EUR from my bank account, and not deliver anything.
NEVER BUY FROM THEM. They are Thieves!!

Nicht empfehlenswert
Der Bestellprozess ist gut, die Lieferung eher langwierig, da vermutlich aus Asien. Der Retouren- und Erstattungsprozess ist leider eine Katastrophe - ich hatte per E-Mail angefragt, wie ich am besten vorgehen soll und keine Antwort erhalten. Auf der Website ist eine Retouren-Adresse in Hannover angegeben, an die ich die Uhr dann zurückschickte. Den Tracking-Code ließ ich dem Kundenservice zukommen und bat um eine zügige Erstattung. Laut DHL ist die Uhr vor über einer Woche zugestellt worden, auf meine E-Mails gab es noch immer keine Reaktion und die Kosten wurden mir auch nicht erstattet.

Even the shop looks very German
Even the shop looks very German, the watch comes from Asia. They send very late, and the shipping takes much longer as mentioned in the shop. I send the 3 emails with many questions and almost no answers.
