Received my items in a timely manner. Had to send a hoodie back, at my own cost. Used the sticker on the invoice to post and posted tracked via Royal mail. 3 weeks later still no refund. Very limited emails from the company and find the online live chat advisors rude. Apparently I have sent the ìtem to the wrong warehouse, they haven't been very helpful considering the cost of these items, I can't really afford to be out of pocket. Will never order from this company again, it's such a shame as the items I have received in the past were good quality.

Received my order and was totally wrong size than advertised on the site, I’ve sent the item back for a refund 2 weeks ago and have emailed several times for an update and nothing! Will be contacting FSA soon as my return has been delivered back to their returns address and still nothing! Will not be buying from them again, i don’t know how UFC trusts this supplier

Buyer beware! Do not order items from UFC collectibles,they will take your money in a hot minute and prolong sending the item or tracking number which I still have not received either in 2 months of ordering,giving them the benefit of the doubt after the first email. I can no longer do so anymore. You’re better off sitting in front of the gym the fighters train at to get something autographed faster and for free. UFC needs to do better,especially with the revenue they make off of loyal fans..

DO NOT buy from here I paid hundred for pair of shorts that never fit and three months later have still not got me refund , they blag you and blag you , I'm sick of these people especially Mohammad who keeps saying I'm going to get my refund, can't stand people who take good money of people and Rob you blind .I want to hear from people directly who have been scammed by these , contact Amanda copley on Facebook ok

Purchased a product at the end of February for 168 euros and I waited patiently for 5 months (my patient was really put to the test) and received nothing. Requested a refund because I was tired of waiting. I had to email them all the time because I didn't get any updates.

I advise everyone not to order here.

Scammers do not order from here. Take your money don’t send goods and then don’t answer emails. Used to be good, use USA company instead. I don’t know how they’re getting away with it!

UFC supports Stake.com in scamming people for their money. Dana white and Edward Craven have been doing this for years now.
Sad to see UFC support this....

Ordered a ufc hoodie on may 17, its still not here, i direclry paid the price, but my order stays on unfulfillled ?? Like come on, i thought it was trust worthy?? Support doesnt even awnser any email?? .. NOT WORTH TO BUY ON UFC STORE ! How can this be real ..

Awful company to order from. Ordered two products in March and one part has still has not been delivered 3 months later. The first part was delivered late and stinking of what I can only describe as vinegar (a t-shirt). Customer service emails are completely unhelpful, replying with empty phrases such as “we hope it arrives soon”. The second part of my order has still not arrived. An unbelievably stressful experience and totally unacceptable - they are now just ignoring my emails and haven’t responded in approx 2 months to my varying requests. I really don’t know what else to do from here other than to continue trying to resolve this and telling everyone I possibly can - DO NOT ORDER FROM THE UFC STORE.

I have received an email that I was supposedly given a code it would give me 10% discount on my first order (welcome10).
Following the link however and chosing the product when I am taken to checkout screen this code simply doesn't work.
Absolute disrespect and an attempt to mislead costumer to a fake discount.

I REFUSE TO COMPLETE MY ORDER

So disapointed...
I bought a cap 1 month ago on sale as I bought few things before and everything was fine.
The cap arrived but they send me the wrong one.
I tried to reach customer service and they respond by telling me they could not make an exchange and i had to send it back again and reorder a new one which is really disappointing.
Finally after protesting, I had an other person who wrote me in spanish, thanks google translation for helping me understand the message.
They assure me they sent the replacement but still nothing after 3 weeks.
I send a message 24j ago and still nothing.
I will never order again for sure, I did not get my refund and the cost of the postage as I send them back the wrong cap they sent me.
Dana white should look into it as i am a big fan of the company but such a terrible service should not exists.
So disapointed...

Slimey scammers

Used to buy from the UFC store all the time but not anymore!!! Bought a t-shirt in the black friday sale that was too big.... Contacted them direct and they were happy to accept the return......E-mail upon e-mail for the refund complete with no reply

Till now very bad experience with this. I ordered some goodies on Dec 25th and still hope to get it before 20th January in Germany. As usual neither email with estimated delivery information nor feedback from customer service. What should you expect in this case? Yes, you won’t order anything in this site.

Wasn't a long wait for the product considering time of year and delays but somehow got completely the wrong hat and their customer service line no longer exists? If they don't respond to email I will have to go through bank I suppose but very annoying. I don't seem to be alone reading these reviews and fairly expensive for the item plus delivery considering lack of care sending right item

Dire service 5 weeks waiting for a Xmas present taking orders for things they don’t have in stock because supposedly no crypto patches chose option to have it without over a week ago no news since. My advice order from USA store, not the first time had trouble with these jokers luckily paid with PayPal but someone not getting their present shamefull performance.

One star is far too much. This store is outlandish. For customers ordering from the eu-store, forget about it. The Eu store is located in the UK. Since the UK is not in the EU anymore, you have to pay taxes. So for two shirts, which were 50€, you have to pay 25E taxes. Basically its not the UFC stores fault, that the UK is not in the EU anymore. BUT!!!!If you lure customers into a Germany store, basically implying that the store is located in Germany and then its not, because its located in the UK and dont even state that taxes have to be paid, its pretty fraudulent. Shipping time takes for ever and there is no customer service. The last time it took 2-3 weeks, till the parcel was even shipped. This is the last time. Shame on you UFC for pretending to be such a standout company.

I ordered my fiance a personalised, authentic walkout hoodie for Christmas. I place this order on the black Friday back in November, after two weeks my tracking number still didn't work.
I emailed the customer service contact and recived an email back the next day. They gave me 3 options because the crypto patches were in high demand and they are having issues with supplies. (understandable I thought)
Option 1 was a refund so I emailed back asking for just that. I am now five emails in and yet to receive a response or a full refund. It is not long until Christmas and I am now out of pocket and a present down. Thanks alot, poor standards to say the least

Ordered Monday, received Friday. Can't complain with that! Decent enough quality - although now the Reebok deal is over, the new t-shirt's aren't quite as good as the old ones.
