Atrocious Support
Ucollect was very good about helping on the onboarding process, after that the software worked flawlessly for years, until I had to change bank accounts..multiple requests for support were answered by "canned responses" like: you can reset your password using the following procedure. when I emailed back explaining that I needed to change the bank account to a different account, I recieved the same canned response yet again. I finally(After hours of frustration) figured out how to reconfigure a new payment gateway. but the settings are still not right, and theres apparently no support available ...I would avoid this company, and I am looking for replacement options
