You're posting items that are not in stock and this only becomes evident when the payment is already done. When the payment is re-charged to my credit card I lose more money on the exchange rate!!! After several mishaps this was the absolute last time I am using this site! I will make it my life's goal moving forward to spread the message across the internet for other people to avoid using you!!!!!!

Also, If any extra amount is deducted from your account then please contact PayPal for the same as they might have deducted currency conversion charges because this was an international transaction and our base currency is USD.

Worse platform to order online. My last 5 orders got canceled with the same reasons every time.
It's either less shipping charge or out of stock.

Why would you list a item if the item is out of stock & why can't you put the right shipping charge from the beginning.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. I ordered a towable inflatable and it arrived in on time, which was great but I also paid for DHL. I however didn’t use the product till two weeks after receiving it and tried to inflate it but the plug to close the hole is missing so I am unable to inflate it! Have contacted UBuy several times and no one wants to help and the “7 days “ return policy has passed. I do not want to return or refund all I want is the missing part so that I can use the inflatable I paid $1000 for ! Please don’t rely on UBuy as their Customer service is atrocious. The worst I have ever dealt with , No one is trying at all to help me just replace the missing parts or even speak to me about it as they just keep saying the window of seven days has passed. This is the reply for every contact I have tried at UBuy. I am extremely disappointed as I am a frequent Customer of theirs and for them to not To even try to resolve my problem was not OK.

We place an order with 100% payment and then they will cancel some of your order and refund. If the supplier does not update their stock on the platform, customers will not be satisfied with the transaction.
