Questionable review activity for this company
I have serious concerns about the authenticity of the reviews for Europe Emirates Group. Many of the reviewers appear to post numerous 5-star ratings for various companies on a daily basis, which raises questions about how genuine these reviews are. In my personal opinion, this creates a misleading impression of the company. I recommend exercising caution when dealing with them.

I went with Europe Emirates Group
I went with Europe Emirates Group for a Golden Visa. They didn’t sugarcoat it, told me up front that it would take around 6–7 weeks. That’s exactly what it took. They asked me to prepare some property documents and even arranged an audit I didn’t know I needed. The cost was significant, but they were transparent and didn’t keep adding things later. Weekly updates kept me calm. In the end I have my Golden Visa card in hand and that’s what counts.

I almost walked away from Dubai
I almost walked away from Dubai setup completely. Every agent I spoke to before told me something different, different costs, different timelines, and I felt like I was getting scammed. Europe Emirates Group were the first ones who actually sounded straight with me. They told me not to expect miracles, explained RAKEZ vs IFZA properly, and didn’t pressure me. I still had bumps my passport scan was rejected, my name got bounced back, and Mashreq dragged banking for weeks but they never disappeared. They picked up WhatsApp messages late at night, and even when I asked the same question twice they answered. My license came in 7 days, visa in another week, bank account after about 5 weeks. Not perfect, but finally real results instead of empty promises.

I used three different setup company before in Dubai. Always delay and no one clear with answer. With EEG I speak with real person who understand what I need. They no try to sell big package, only what works. Licence take 1 week, visa also come fast. I like how they send calendar for all appointment. I not worry about anything, they guide me in all steps

I used other setup companys before and it was always complicated. They say one thing and do something else. Jackson from EEG was totally different. He talk very clear, explain me pros and cons for different Free Zones and didn’t push me to take expensive package. What I liked most is he follow after licence was ready. He tell me what to do for VAT and when to renew. That’s rare

Red Flags and Spam!!!
I enquired with Europe Emirates Group (EEG) after seeing their low-cost free zone company setup offer. However, I soon noticed red flags—recent Google reviews warning of hidden fees, vague terms, and poor service.
Their contract contains ambiguous clauses, especially around exit fees and NOC charges which you cannot leave them without a payout. When I asked for written confirmation of costs, they refused to formally include them in the agreement or give me a proper figure in writing. Also a key clause voids any verbal or email communication not explicitly written into their contract, leaving clients exposed to unexpected charges.
The sales process was pushy, with fake urgency and scarcity tactics like “limited spots” or “offer expires today”—only for a “new” deal to appear the next day. They require full upfront payment despite the lack of contract clarity.
Be extremely cautious. Do not rely on verbal or email promises—get everything signed before paying. Also, expect persistent SPAM emails with no unsubscribe option, even after multiple requests to unsubscribe they continue to send me unsolicited spam which is against UAE laws. This has triggered me to warn people of this unethical company.

Had you been genuine, we would have done the same for you. Instead, you wasted time and credibility by posting something untrue.

I’ve spoken to several people within this organization trying to get a quote, but I was repeatedly ignored. Eventually, I managed to speak with a woman with initials E. B., who assured me that I would receive a quote the same day. It’s now been over a month, and despite following up via email, even mentioning that I would leave a negative review, she still hasn’t followed through on her promise.
I would not recommend doing business with this company.
