Couldn't give a zero rating
Couldn't give a zero rating, Tyre booked on 30 Nov, had to call them twice to know the update, but std reply that you will get despatch details by mail only when I asked them to cancel somebody else called to say my Yokohama tyres were not available and could we give a different Tyre, I have asked the to cancel my order and effect the refund - don't know when I will receive the credit. Better to look elsewhere even at a higher price.

Poor service
Poor service. I initially purchased from here because the tyre I wanted was available here. After 4 days they called me to tell that tyre is not available and to go with a different brand. Its been than a week since and I have no update on my order. Please avoid them.

Very bad experience with Tyremarket.. They are cheaters
Very bad experience with Tyremarket..
First order is delayed, as they sent it with DTDC but from Bangalore to Ahmedabad, and it took 9 days to reach.
Secondly, DTDC wasn't responding, and no update was recieved from Tyremarket to track the shipment status.
Thirdly, fitting was promised, then after delivery the stance changed to fitting can be done but at extra cost.
When we asked to cancel and take return, due to false and half information, they started saying it will cost us 12% and all this is company policy.
In Ahmedabad/ Gujarat and metro cities tyres are instantly purchased, and installation fee is included in the price.
Avoid buying from Cheaters.

I ordered 2 tyres despite reading the reviews on trust pilot and it was a mistake. Please do not accept orders you cannot fulfill. Informing me five days later that the tyre I ordered is unavailable, and then asking me to pay extra for a different one, is completely unreasonable.

They are good until and unless you pay
They are good until and unless you pay. Once payment is done, they will come back with alternate options and extend the delivery date. Once you start asking about the shipment and delivery, they stop responding. Completely fraud company. Better buy from market by paying some extra bucks.

Tyres are good but after sales are bit on the lower side
Shipping and communication is a bit on the lower side. I got three tyres on one shipment and the other one took one week to arrive. And when I asked about it the executive was like the "stock is not there and we will send it after the stock arrives", I was like "What!!"... Then I posted my experience on such experience and someone called from tyremarket the next day and acknowledged the issue that they will be shipping it from different state and that's why it happened and promised me that the tyre will ship the next day.
As promised the tyre got shipped and it arrived yesterday and tyres are good quality and 2021 manufactured ones.
Other than the experience from the customer care executive everything was fine.

I bought one tyre on dt.25.12.2021 tyre size 215/60R17 Serial No.4WERCLA Dot Code-4WERCLA3021 Pattern- HP SPORT tyre only 60 km run my car and got suddenly cut in the centre and I claim to Bridgestone but my claim was rejected. This tyre very costly cost Rs.10400 and on other brands on tyre warranty claim very good. but here in Bridgestone have no warranty. so in future I never buy this tyre for my car and other vehicle also because of poor service. my claim rejected by Engineer Name Abhinav Singh mobile no.+919560553379 and inspection dt.22-01-2022. Engineer said that " If i raise your issue higher authorities are on leave due to covid -19" being this reason my claim rejected and This person talk rudely to me. this made me bad impression and poor service regarding Bridgestone. I bought this tyre from United Enterprises, Bareilly Uttarpradesh. while buying this tyre they told me everything about warranty given by Bridgestone on cut or manufacture fault and you will get tyre change or some claim given by Bridgestone company. but all this all this is fake and false telling by these sellers reputation of Bridgestone down by such people who are working in this organisation. my tyre inspection report send by SS wheels bareilly Sri Abhinav Engineer.
So, now i never buy Bridgestone tyres for my car or other vehicles also in future. I go for other brands.

I purchased Pirelli P7 245/50 R18 100W tyres (4 Nos) for my BMW 630d during Mar 2021 (Ref No.24384 Dt.12/03/2021. The tyres started wearing unevenly (step wear Inside two treads) in spite of proper alignment and maintenance within 6000 kms. I made a complaint to them but no response. Tyre Warranties are extended by the Manufacturers, and the authorised dealers act as intermediaries to service the warranty. The ultimate discretion of whether the product is covered in Warranty and to what extent, lies with the Manufacturer/Brand. As Tyremarket.com, we play the role of co-ordinating between the customer & authorised dealer to get warranty issues resolved. In your case also *Status**.
However, since the Manufacturer is the sole decision maker for Warranty, we are unable to make a significant impact on the outcome.
For us, our customers are first, as we exist because of them. And as much as we would like to resolve all the problems our customers face, we are unable to do the same due to the ultimate discretion being with the Manufacturer.
