Easy to deal with and staff are friendly.

I went in to have a tyre replaced. The technician checked his computer and told me there was one tyre in stock. He removed my old tyre, but then realised they couldn’t find the replacement tyre. As a result, he put my old tyre back on and ordered a new one for the following day.

When I returned the next day, the new tyre was fitted, but I was then told that one of the wheel bolts had broken and that I would need to get it repaired. I took my car to a garage, where I was quoted £278 to replace the damaged wheel hub and bearing.

The wheel bolt was damaged while your technician was working on my car, yet there was no apology, no explanation of what had happened, and no offer to repair the damage or contribute towards the cost. I feel this was handled very poorly and the level of customer service was disappointing.

Dublin. Left off a wheel nut, failed NCT after fitting 4 new tyres, staff having a row in front of me as they fitted my tyres. I contacted then after failing the NCT test because of missing wheel nut and they said they were not taking responsabilty for it. . Very bad overall experience

I visited Salisbury branch where the manager dealt with wheels problem, in his words fairly and honestly, without attendant charge. I am truly grateful for this approach and will be putting as much business as I can their way. First class service. Thank you

I arranged a callout with Imantas, he was so helpful, clear, quick communication on times and options. He couldn't have done more. Robbie completed the replacement, let me know arrival time in advance and was super fast and very polite. Highly recommend this business

Tyreland/Protyre Salisbury. I phoned Salisbury tyreland branch on Wed to explain that Halfords had diagnosed the 2 back sensors on the tyres had failed and said I needed to goto Vauxhall to fit and register the new sensors. Once I explained to Nathan at Tyreland he said bring the car in on Thursday midday and they will sort everything. They did and at a very good price. Offered me tea and coffee and the manager took time to explain about tyre sensors and the batteries. Seems Halfords had no idea. Superb customer service and will be using Tyreland Salisbury in future for all my motoring needs. Above and beyond service to all who works there. Very satisfied.

Just had Robbie from Tyreland here to fit new tyres, really convenient and all done in an hour on my driveway. He texted me first thing this morning to confirm address and then texted me his arrival time so I knew all was sorted and he got on with the job, even at the end making sure I was happy with the work and showed me where my wheel alignment was off and suggested I get it tracked to get longer out of my tyres. This is the third time we have used Tyreland and delighted again with the price and customer service, don't waste your time you going anywhere else!

Excellent service, booked day one, fitted day two at time agreed at home, beats sitting in a cold ill equipped waiting room.

I booked my van in for tracking in swords and said clearly its a transit van and tge guy said its ok we can do that , when I arrived they told me they couldn't do a van abd I would need to rebook with Finglas , absolute joke .
The last time I came here they said they had my tires in stock and when I arrived they only had Two and said I would need to go to ashbourne for the other 2 this place is a joke

Nigel (manager) and Tighe (tyre fitter) in the Eastleigh branch were such lovely guys. As was the man doing MOTs for other customers. Every man there was happy to walk customers through the shop and explain exactly what they were doing and it didn’t feel like they were pressuring anyone to do anything - which is lovely to see in a garage. Would really recommend :)

Good quick service but cost was more than the email quote due to the email not being clear. Hide the call out cost.

Unbelievable service! Landed from holiday, realised when I returned home my car had a nail in tyre. Quickly off to tyreland as driving for work the next day. They didn’t have availability until the next day which wasn’t going to work, the guy quickly looked into his bookings and assured me that he would in fact get me in and within 2 hours (not even!) I was called to say tyre changed and all good to drive tomorrow for work. Amazing!! Thank you so much. Great service and a good price too.

I had all four of my run-flat Continental tires replaced on a Sunday – including new valves and perfect wheel balancing – and I couldn’t be happier with the service!

The team was incredibly professional, efficient, and kind. The whole process was smooth, fast, and the price was better than anywhere else I checked.

The manager Ian at Protyre in Salisbury was outstanding in his customer service when I visited the branch last week. I had limited time, but at 4:00pm he assured me he could source two brand new EV tyres overnight and fit them first thing the following morning before I made a long distance business trip. He was true to his word and personally ensured that the work was done quickly and professionally. He has a great team in Salisbury and I would thoroughly recommend them. Fantastic service. Ian ,George (especially) & Issac went out of their way to help ,had a burst tyre, car already @ depot, went down this morning 8.30 by 9.15 was back on road. A million thanks to George who went out of his way to help me, apparently he hasn't been there long.

Asked for a quote, sent three brands. Settled on one, reconfirmed when making the mobile fitting booking the brand again, tyreland confirmed the booking then tried to offer some other Chinese brand citing the ones we had been discussing was out of stock...check stock levels first before confirming on a booking!

Paul and Isaac have again delivered above and beyond new tyres / service and helped with my car damage sustained en route to get new tyres. They made my vehicle safe to get home. Tyreland Salisbury is my go to garage as the service has been exceptional over the last 2 years with both my cars. They try and solve car problems as effectively and efficiently as possible. I have observed them doing this for all customers while I’ve been on site.

Booked in for 9 AM. Poor experience. They were having a ‘bad day’. 4.5 hours later tyres fitted. As a courtesy I thought front alloys might be cleaned and all tyre pressures checked and set. No. Will think twice next time.

Last week I had a puncture and was seriously impressed by the assistance I received from Lewis, a member of the team at Tyreland, 864 Garratt Lane, London SW17 0NJ. Lewis was not only most helpful and charming, but he explained why my tyre had burst, he also checked my other tyres to ensure that my car was safe to drive. I highly recommend this Tyreland outlet.
