I ordered several products. I needed to reorder one of them as the shade wasn’t correct for me. However, when you select the request online to return an item it just redirects you in a loop without ability or place to select item for return. Endless loop without ability to contact anyone for resolution . Product is amazing. Website experience needs a bit of work

Très contente des produits achetés. Crème tentée légère et fluide. J ai acheté 2 teintes que je mélange avec le sérum illuminateur. Le fini est bcp plus naturel et léger que un fond de teint classique. Très contente également du rouge à lèvres bois de rose.

I initially decided to try Typology's tinted serum, because I don't wear foundation, and I LOVE IT. I also bought a concealer, radiance serum, mattifying serum, mascara, and lip oil, and am very happy with every one of the products. They all leave my skin looking and feeling hydrated and bright. The products are lightweight and give my skin a fresh, even tone, without looking made up. I'm in love with Typology and I'll be back for more!

baume a levres hydratant certes mais je trouve mieux au monoprix . quant à la couleur boisé elle ne coloré ABSOLUMENT pas les lèvres. sur la vidéo pub on voit jeune femme levres visiblement déjà maquillées s en mettre c est une publicité mensongère.
seul l étui est élégant mais cher pour ce que c est. Je déconseille absolument

Produits de qualité à prix abordable, diagnostic de peau fiable, proche des besoins pour les soins et de la carnation pour les teintes.
Envoi rapide et emballage au top.

The product is simply not going to work me. The product pulls very yellow on me. I do love your customer service in trying to help and sending me a new one to try for free. No questions asked! Well done. Unfortunately just doesn’t match perfectly. The concealer is actually a really good product. Also color match issues. Also the tube. Once you open the top it just spills out and it becomes super messy. It’s a no for me unfortunately.

The lip oil is amazing. But the packaging has me confused. I have only used it for a week now but already running out of product and there is no way getting to the last drop since it’s in a glass
Bottle.

Das Beste, was es zur Zeit auf dem Markt gibt. Ich hatte Probleme mit Ekzemen an den Augen und zig Sachen ausprobiert, aber die Augencreme T41 von Typology ist die einzige Creme, die ich vertrage!!! Es wirkt und hilft!! Der Onlineshop und der Service sind super!!! Habe mittlerweile 3 Bestellungen getätigt und bin sehr zufrieden!!! Vielen lieben Dank an Typology und das ganze Team!!! Eine sehr zufriedene Kundin, die euch gerne weiter empfiehlt!!!

I destroyed my skin barrier using Tret from an online company then didn't realize that I kept it from repairing itself by continuing to wash 2x a day and not use a moisturizer that prevented transdermal water loss nightly. My skin remained angry longer than it needed to because I didn't know what I didn't know as I've had no skin issues before ever. I routinely woke up with red blotches as we have 4 cats and skin barrier didn't have the protection any longer to defend from cat allergens.

I decided to try Typology but didn't really expect much because nothing else helped and frankly, some of the reviews are/were pretty awful.

I bought the recommended line for my skin type after taking the quiz and I purchased the lightest tinted foundation available. Mine doesn't smell (common complaint) at all but I only used it once before trying the other products. Since I have a damaged barrier, it did the same as every other foundation I've tried. They all sit on my skin weird and look bad :( I will try it again in the next week or so now that my skin is experiencing less transdermal water loss.

I decided to try each product separately at 1st. I used C30 for a week before adding L34. I didn't break out or experience any inflammation.

I have been using both serums for about 1 months. C30 and the L34 have kept my skin from transdermal water loss and no issues with animal allergens either so I reordered both.

I don't know if the C30 helps repair the skin matrix junctions long term or only while using? I really hope it does repair skin with prolonged use!

I heard they sell in store at Printemps so I plan to buy local next time we visit france provided it's cheaper with vat tax vs shipping and tariffs.

I haven't added anything else to the routine yet but I did buy the vitamin C serum. I believe it goes on before any other products but wish the instructions came with exact directions for the order of application as well as how long to wait before layering the next one.

I hope typology gets my skin back to pre tretenion and future formula destroying it.

I didn't experience any of the shipping issues mentioned in reviews and I went in knowing that no French based company is going to refund a used product. I also knew I was taking a risk purchasing the tinted foundation as I'm practically the color of paper and no foundation has looked right on my skin since using tret/future formula; however, I do think it will look better now that my skin is less parched!

It would be awesome if Typology Paris could share if C30 offers skin matrix healing of the skin barrier over time or if it only supports while using regularly? Merci beaucoup!

Les produits Typology régalent ma peau et mes sens depuis plusieurs années. Ils sont efficaces et le diagnostic est très bien adapté. Ils apportent beaucoup de confort à ma peau et en limitent les effets de l’âge. Des produits de qualité !
L’application smartphone est facile d’utilisation et les commandes très rapidement livrées. Merci à toute l’équipe.

I ordered this 8/14/26 and experienced no package getting delivered. I contacted customer service who gave me the run around for weeks. Finally I was sent a link where I was able to get either a refund or replacement order and I reordered my products on 9/10/26. It is now 9/24/26 and I never got my products and no shipment date scheduled. Now I had to request a refund after waiting nearly 2 months for my order. I would be cautious when ordering from this website.

Ps my refund was in credits for this website that has never even shipped my merchandise

Used shade matcher and product was too dark. Went to return and clicked get different shade and it put a new order in and now won't let me return the previous product. That's not what a return or even exchange is.

I got the tinted serum and the glow drops. The Tinted serum was surprisingly more coverage than I thought I would get! However not too much where it looks like I have a ton of make up on! The glow drops are the perfect add to my moisturizer to give me the best glowy base!

Pour le moment, je ne mets que 4 étoiles car je n’ai testé que deux produits et je manque encore un peu de recul. Mais je suis très satisfaite de cette première expérience avec Typology.

J’aime beaucoup l’univers de la marque : un emballage sobre, minimaliste et soigné, avec un vrai souci du détail. Les produits sont bien présentés et tout semble pensé avec cohérence, sans en faire trop.

La qualité des deux produits que j’ai testés est excellente pour moi. Il faut évidemment bien identifier son type de peau et ses besoins, mais j’ai trouvé les explications et les conseils de Typology clairs, pertinents et suffisants pour faire son choix.

Je trouve également le rapport qualité-prix très intéressant, notamment pour les sérums et les soins ciblés : on est souvent autour de 30 €, là où certaines autres marques proposent des produits similaires à 60 € ou plus.

Mention spéciale au mascara que j’ai testé : j’aime beaucoup sa texture, son odeur et surtout son adhérence. Il est très agréable à utiliser. Au prix plus qu’abordable! Et sans hésitation, il peut faire face au mascara d’une grande marque que j’ai payé presque double, et qui était bombé d’ingrédients nocifs.

Justement, la composition est aussi un point important pour moi. J’apprécie particulièrement les formules courtes, majoritairement composées d’ingrédients d’origine naturelle, ainsi que, ou surtout, l’approche vegan de la marque. Je serais très déçue si tout cela s’est avèrerait non conforme à la réalité.

Enfin, je trouve que la qualité du service est vraiment à souligner : échanges avec le service client, communication, délais de livraison… Tout est soigné et bien pensé. Même le petit mot glissé dans chaque colis apporte une touche agréable. On sent qu’aucun détail n’est laissé au hasard.

Une très bonne première expérience donc, et j’ai hâte de tester d’autres produits pour pouvoir me faire un avis avec davantage de recul.

Très déçue par la marque. Un des anti cerne acheté est défectueux et le service après vente m’a dit au début que les traces d’aluminium présent dans le produit n’était pas nocif pour la peau puis que le produit étant acheté au Printemps à Paris, il ne pouvait rien pour moi. Pour une marque soit disant « clean » et soucieuse de l’intérêt de ses consommateurs, on repassera! C’est juste du marketing bullshit.

Aprés quelques mois d'hésitation ( vue les prix ) une copine avait fait une commande et en á été ravie ! Donc je me suis lancé , Tout c'est trés bien passé ! Commande arrivé en 3 jours , belle emballage , joli cadeau , niveau produits ils sont trés bien , correspondes á leurs promesses ! Mais rien de plus !!
Le gros point noir ce sont les prix ! Aucun code promo , et payé 19 € pour avoir 10% ça ne vaut pas le coup !! Il faut qu'ils revoit cela sérieusement au lieu de bombarder les Créatrices de contenus de tout leur produits gratuitement !!
Je passerais de petites commandes de temps en temps des 3 produits qui m'ont séduit .
