Bought the Twins PMS28 Microfibre Focus Mitts and the red circle which is the target area is off centered.

But it can’t be argued this is by design for hitting the “sweet spot” as if this was the case they would be evenly off center in opposite directions on each pad.

Both pads have the red circle too far to the right. If the hitter keeps hitting this as their target this is going to cause wrist strain on the wearer.

For mitts that are otherwise good quality. Their shoddy lazy printing and no proper quality control have made what could have been a great mitt terrible. Just because they can’t be bothered to quality check their products before selling them

This has lowered my opinion on what is a a well regarded brand. It’s clearly lazy and shows they don’t care about quality control even on their higher end products.

Will be returning them and changing to Fairtex ones.

I ordered a pair of hand wraps for ten quid. On the browsing wall it gives you the option to change the currency to euro. But it doesn't let you do that in the checkout which is definitely a sign of scam. It was an extra 30 quid for delivery which is ridiculous, and after reading the rest of these reviews I really regret my decision.

Received order confirmation for $75 and that was it. I sent 2 emails requesting an update with no reply. Website is a scam. Opening an investigation through my CC. Don't order from them.

FAKE SITE!!!! Like the others posted, this site is a scam. I spent $157 to find out they were full of crap. There is no tracking, they sent 2 emails to me saying they are working on it, but that was 3 months ago.

I’m still waiting for my order to arrive. No answers from the customer service at all, no shipping notification, norhing. This website looks very real to me, I usually buy online and I’m so mad about this. Please DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!

J'aurais dû vérifier les avis avant de commander !... La paire de gants achetées env. 99$ ne m'a jamais été livrée. Comme beaucoup d'autres, j'ai fait une relance et on m'a répondu qu'il y avait 4 semaines d'attente dues à leur "succès" . Au bout des 4 semaines, j'ai demandé le remboursement, on m'a répondu que ce serait fait d'ici 10 jours, mais bien entendu, je n'ai jamais récupéré mn argents malgré les multiples relances. A FUIR !!!

2 pairs of shorts ordered 8 months ago. No response from emails for months, no sign of the shorts, avoid!!

PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM. I am normally so careful with where I buy stuff from but I fell pretty hard for this scam. I don’t know where they sell the gear officially but it’s not here. I ordered in November 2022, and after a month without a shipping notification, I wrote the customer service email and received a nice email from ‘Pat’, saying that because I ordered a ‘special’ order, the shipping has been delayed 3 weeks. I made sure to follow up every 3 weeks and every time, there was some kind of delay for another 3 weeks. I don’t know why I didn’t suspect anything but I was placated with the promise of a ‘discount’ for the delay. They even offered a refund at some point, but please don’t fall for this either. As soon as you request a refund, you’ll get ghosted. No reply from them for over 3 months now, and I can’t find a way to get the money back. I hope whoever reads this will be smarter than me.

They never sent the gloves I purchased. DO NOT buy from them. They are thieves. I have receipt to prove my statement.

Scam company. Never got the items nor a refund, wish I read the reviews before ordering. Had to go through my credit card to get money back. Avoid at all costs

OMG I’m shocked - I never get scammed but it appears I have been now! Ordered boxing gloves on 26 Nov, hastened a number of times and “Pat” always answers the next day with excuses and offers of discounts which never come. I have today asked for a full refund, but by the looks of these reviews it won’t come either! Is there anything we can do?

Attention RIP-OFF. Gloves are never delivered. You can also forget about the money if you paid with 3D Secure by credit card. That's why they don't offer Paypal, because they don't plan to ever send the goods to the customer. That's what happened to me too.

I cannot believe I have been scammed out of so much money and there is nothing I can do about it. It's been 4 months since I placed my order. At first 'Pat' communicated with me and then my order and login credentials were deleted and all communication stopped. I wish I had checked on Trust Pilot beforehand. I am beyond furious.
