I have bought from Twiggy Tags on multiple occasions over the last 5 years after struggling to find harnesses that would fit my crossbreed with a small neck and deep chest! Each of their harness ranges fit all 3 of my dogs with different body shapes and I can be confident in the quality of their products knowing they are strength tested. I also regularly use their seatbelts for my dogs and their light up products for late night walks! I wouldn’t go anywhere else when looking for stylish yet durable and practical dog gear!!

I've tried a few different brands of harnesses but Twiggy Tags are my favourites by far. Comfy for my dog, easy to adjust, neck clip so that it doesnt have to go over her head, which she hates, strong, comfort padding and some gorgeous patterns. And the versatility with types of matching leads that are available is a huge plus point. And the deliveries are always super fast. Highly recommended

I absolutely adore twiggy tags. All their products are made with your dog in mind. I have one of almost everything! My absolute fave is our apex harnesses and multiway leads. The multiway lead is an absolute game changer for hikes, running, or just having hands free in the beer garden! The apex harness is perfect for our adventures and gives my dog the freedom to move, the adventure harness is a bit more hardwearing and perfect for those longer hikes. I’m honestly obsessed and the team are incredible 💙

Picked up a couple of multiway leads for our trips and wow have these been a game changer. Everything is so thoughtfully worked out to suit all people and dogs alike and the people are so helpful.

Amazing dog gear built to last, so strong and gear I can trust. I have a 56kg Newfie mix who is a big guy and a big puller and the fact all of their items are strength tested gives me piece of mind. I now have multiple harnesses from them in all the different shapes which suit whichever adventure we are going on and many of their multiways in different colour ways! (Can’t resist when they look that good!)

Bought a harness and paid for 24hr delivery,
Item not delivered, so sent email asking if there was a problem.
Reply was that there was a 'problem' with the post.
Waited a week with no more contact from company, so emailed again requesting either a refund or replacement.
NO RESPONSE! Now trying to claim refund through card company.

I stumbled across the Twiggy Tags’ stand at Crufts and started chatting to Lo about my odd shaped Dobermann cross. Lo was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I’ve lost count of the number of harnesses we’ve tried on our dog and they just don’t fit because of his shape. With a little more adjusting once I got home and with the help of the online chat, we managed to get the perfect fit! We are very happy with it and would definitely recommend for any Dobermann/Pointer cross or odd lurcher shaped breed. Customer service 10/10

When I ordered from Twiggy Tags, I was really impressed by how personal and attentive their service was. There were some unexpected shipping issues out of their control—the original order got held up in customs and was sent back, and a second set was lost by the courier. But despite all of this, the lady I spoke to kept me informed at every step. She even contacted me personally via WhatsApp to make sure I was updated. Even though the situation was complex, their dedication and care really stood out. I truly appreciate their efforts and would order from them again in a heartbeat."

Had to write a review as we had such a great experience with Twiggy Tags! We love our new harness and lead set! We saw Twiggy Tags at Dog Fest today and they fitted our Boston Terrier boy for a new harness. The ladies were so friendly and patient with him and were genuinely just really helpful! We bought the adventure 2.0 harness and close control lead. The quality is amazing and the lead is the best! It’s the most comfortable lead I’ve ever held! The set looks so great on our boy! Very happy with our purchase!

Bought one of the jazzy multicoloured harnesses from the stall they set up at Dogstival last year for my (then) puppy. We had seen the harnesses before at Hever Castle and nearly bought one so thought we would have a look. The lady running the stand who I think owns the business spent a lot of time with us selecting and fitting the harness. I was a bit worried it wouldn’t fit in the near future because my puppy was going to get a lot bigger but I was assured it would be fine. A year later again at Dogstival my now much bigger dog strutted into the Twiggy Tags stall still wearing her beautiful harness. We were looking for the matching collar and the same lady from last year came up and adjusted the harness because I think we had it a bit loose, and just gave us the matching collar! Both the harness and collar are exceptional quality and definitely stands out. My dog runs and rolls through everything she can find and it still looks vibrant.

I just checked their website and the lady we saw does indeed own the business and created it all herself only a few years ago. Really impressive. Will definitely buy the matching bungee lead when that comes out and will switch my other dog to Twiggy Tags once his Ruffwear has had enough. Highly recommend!

Last year I got my spaniel a collar, lead and harness set from Twiggy tags at a dog show. I have to say the quality is outstanding, comfortable for Arlo to wear yet strong enough to withstand the crazy spaniel life. I then got another spaniel later in the year and knew she need the full set which we got this weekend. Mabel is smaller so I knew she may need a different size to Arlo, the girls got her all fitted with the correct sizes and got her changed into the set including swapping her ID tag over - fabulous customer service.
One of the girls (think it was the owner) noticed Arlo had one of the older leads with a different clasp/clip and replaced for a new lead one with the locking carabiner. This to me shows a great company that puts the safety of our dogs first over profit. Thank you.
