Best care ever!!!
I have had such a great experience with TwentyEight Health! The whole process is incredibly convenient, and it’s super nice to get reproductive care and birth control without having to schedule an in-person clinic visit. The medical staff and customer service team are amazing, and they’re always quick to respond, very kind, and always helpful whenever I have any questions. Ms. Lynn is the absolute best, and she makes sure I understand everything. She does follow-ups on all of my medications as well. Highly recommend TwentyEight Health. It’s hands down the best.

Easy Signup + Quick delivery
So far my experience has been great! The process was smooth and I received my medication quickly from their partnering pharmacy. I ran into a hiccup but Nicole with customer /service support was able to quickly assist in making sure I was all setup right.

I used this service just for a birth control prescription. I met with the doctor virtually, and it was an overall great experience. Very straightforward, using a birth control I’ve been on for over a decade, so it was easy peasy.

Twentyeight Health has been my go-to supplier for contraceptives for years. They always resolve any issues or questions in a timely manner, and I’ve never gone without a prescription, even when my insurance stopped covering my birth control. I highly recommend. Most recently Ken from the support team helped me resolve an issue I was having with my pharmacy and the quick response was a life saver! 10/10

I love using twentyeight health for my…
I love using twentyeight health for my home care needs. I get my birth control delivered right to my door and it only takes about 2 to 3 days to get there. I’m able to talk with a healthcare provider about any issues I’m having and a plan is curated specifically for me. The customer service department is great. I recently spoke with Mel about needing my birth control sooner and she was able to it done with no problems and she was very nice.

Twenty eight Health consistently keeps…
Twenty eight Health consistently keeps upgrading my account from $2 to the premium $19 without my consent and knowledge. They choose when to text me about important changes to my account, but fail to notify me when they are charging me more. This has happened to me twice now, and I have to fight them to get a refund. This shouldn’t even happen in the first place as the first time it happened, I told them I just wanted a basic plan but then they switched me to a premium plan a few months later.

We understand how upsetting it is to see an unexpected charge, especially after previously requesting to remain on a lower-cost plan. We never want members to feel surprised by changes to their account or have to repeatedly contact us to resolve billing issues.
Over the past few months, we've transitioned to a single Complete Care membership, which includes access to additional services such as UTI, BV, and yeast infection treatment, skincare, and ongoing provider support. The communication around these changes may not have been clear enough in your case.
