AVOID!!!! nothing works at all. Spoke to the provider who then tried to get me to download another app from what I was told to originally download. Load of shit. Ignored when asked for a refund. 1 star is being generous if I could give 0 then I would :)

Avoid! No luck with any of the services working.
First of all we had an issue and they changed the host and seemed to work ok for a day. Then none of the series were loading, channels were buffering even though they offer “buffer free”
Every time we have contacted now to ask for help there is no response!
Waste of money and glad we only purchased 1 month to trial it.
AVOID!

Don’t buy there services doesn’t work at all and they’ll ignore your messages STAY AWAY!

My advise if you happen to stumble on this thread after regretting your purchase, and them avoiding you asking for a refund. Just do a charge back via your banking app. There policy is in black and white, also you'll have a receipt through the shop app. You can't Bullshit a bullshitter.

So I purchased the 1 month trial was working great I messed something up contacted them and it was sorted within the hour the service it fantastic the kids are loving it the wife's loving it we will be purchasing a few more

100% scammers... Quick to respond when it comes to taking your money but not interested in replying when you tell them the stream doesn't work and will refuse to honour their refund policy.

Tvboxuk has been worst than useless .tho quick to take subscription and help set up. When i came back with in a day asking for a refund due to constant buffering and most programmes unable to load along with the app enabling it to work not being user friendly for british speaking i have been completely ignored . They communicate through watsapp and a specific email for refunds all of which they are blocking.
Dreadful service , no customer service do not touch with a barge pole.

What a load of rubbish Tvboxlab is . 24/7 service none at all just big con . Been trying for two days now on WhatsApp only one reply asking are you having problem YES .but no more contact dont buy they are rubbish . Took 12m contract wish I hadn’t

Absolute Joke, take your money then disappear, tv never worked once…. Wish I could give 0…… Don’t waste your money. !!!!!

I wish I could rate them "0". I subscribed to a 12m service, and from the 5th day onwards, the service started failing. Channels buffer all day, and no services are available for several minutes. When I sought a refund, the company refused to interact. I have lost £50. Avoid this service unless you have surplus money to pay them.

Awful customer service as once they get your subscription payment upfront their support teams disappear into the ether when you have a technical problem!

Also, DO NOT BELIEVE their seven day money back guarantee as per their website as you just cannot get any response via email of WhatsApp - the only two methods to contact them!
