YouTubeTV was perfect for me. I have a home in North GA and family in FL where I do also have responsibilities. As a result, I go between the two properties. I needed a service where I could record shows, watch from any of my devices, and take with me from one home to another. I was only ever using it in a single location, never sharing it with out of state relatives. The account was mine alone. When I went to Michigan to visit my sons for Thanksgiving, we could not log in there to watch any of the games or network coverage of the parade, dog show, and other traditional T'giving content. The service is completely worthless unless you live in a single home that you never leave. They charge a premium and deliver at a minimum level. Horrible service, horrible company, and user experience is the furthest thing from their minds.

Youtube is good but one thing I want to say for YouTube after uploading video immediately should show 24hrs whether it's copyright song anything. It's not showing after 5month some video than its comes copyright song it's wrong after 5month upload showing as copyright I don't like

They stopped my service and blocked my youtube and youtube tv I already piad for it .

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Military discount via ID.ME appeared in cart so accepted. When YouTubeTV emailed the bill, it was for full amount. I spoke to service rep who blamed ID.ME even though YTTV handles billing. She refused to let me speak to her Supervisor and hung up on me. I cancelled and will not do business with them again.

I’m tempted to give up my email and YTPremium.

So I received a notice from YouTube tv to resume my service on March 27, 2026. It showed me the price of $69.99. So I hit the resume button and it changed to $82.99.
Now it new my account was going to resume on the 27th.
I talked to an agent of YouTube and they said it was for new subscribers only. So how the heck did it know I was going to resume but have the wrong price?
If you call it will also tell you an agent will be with you in 1 minute. Believe me its more like 10 minutes. So they are just making you feel good with the 1 minute lie.

My account is more than 4 years old. I have had numerous “playback area” errors that block local channels or live viewing, plus occasional login/account access problems. YouTube TV suggested I buy 2 subscriptions to solve these problems.
Also, recorded sports events often spool for 15 to 90 seconds especially the option to watch key plays.

They accept advertising from some switch and bait tactics.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Not only is the service wildly overpriced, but it also does not explain its formatting to you at all. I was under the impression that once I started paying for the service, I could watch replay of shows that had just aired, but you actually need to "add them to your library" before Youtube TV will RECORD the shows like it's TIVO back in the 2000s.

Entirely useless and overpriced.

YouTubeTv shields itself from customer contact better than any company in America. Many issues will arise if you subscribe, but it is 100% impossible to email, call, chat or connect with anything alive.

I spoke to Christina with customer service. She informed me that I signed up for a non-refundable installment plan although I was never given the option to pay in full. I explained that it was ambiguously advertised as a monthly service that could be trialed. When I cancelled the service I was continuously charged. She argued with me and told me that I actually saved money. Customer service is rude and not helpful. NEVER AGAIN!!!

YouTube tv has horrible customer service. When it went out I was 120 minutes that stretched to 300 minutes an hour later. The chat was equally as ridiculous. If you need them, too bad, you are on your own.

There is a lot of toxicity in the comment section, and there are too many ads on YouTube.

After 2 plus years of subscribing to youtubetv I chose to suspend my membership due to the sudden loss of ABC and Disney owned channels.On January 28,2026 I received a promotional offer from Youtubetv to receive a modest $10 discount for 6 months. I agreed, reinstated my membership and after several attempts to get access it finally went through. I had immediately received a confirmation email stating the promotion I agreed to. I went to my credit card web service and noted the full charge levied by youtubetv without any promotional discount. I then verified via my youtubetv
account that no discount was noted for future payments. I called their customer support, was placed on hold by Christine for over 15 minutes and upon returning she pretended I was no longer audible and she hung up. I called back 4 consecutive times and was disconnected each time. I subsequently canceled my membership,not because of the discount amount, but because they outright lied and used a bait and switch scheme. I wondered how many thousands of people do they do this to. I lost a service I enjoyed but can never trust again.

YouTube TV is decent however overpriced and overrated. Also, the billing department is horrible. No one is able to be contacted ever. I’ve tried changing the payment methods on this account and it always conveniently “errors” out not letting me change it. I’ll just cancel the service and go back to other services

Seven months ago signed up for youtube premium. Recently discovered been double charging me. Signed up on gmail.com for premium and music. Recently saw that they also signed me up on another email account without informing me. Contacted them refused refund. Went to bank and they said if I could sign in on both accounts no refund. Told the bank no refund. They ripped me off for 105 dollars. Will not refund me. Closed account still no refund. I did not want or ask for2 accounts.

Has been couple weeks since canceled u tube for ripping me off for 7 months. Getting emails to please come back so we can charge you double again. Cannot believe these guys. No refund or explanation just reinstate account. no thanks Everybody check your account see if charging double or more. thanks trust pilot

I am currently a YouTube TV subscriber and I listen to YouTube music. Both do not control the volume levels of their advertisers. YouTube has blown out my mini JBL speakers and YouTube TV has blown out my dell monitor speakers. Although commercials in general are too loud, which the FCC needs to address, local channels at least maintain enough control over their channels that it does not damage the end users speakers. I didn't keep track of the date's of these experiences but they were not within the last couple of weeks but the blowout commercials happen on a frequent basis. I'm sure many other end users would agree.

A couple of years ago, we switched to Google TV, and right away, we were getting double-billed on our credit card. Despite hours of trying to recover our $800 in over-billing, I was only able to recover $200, and that was through the credit card company. In essence, YouTube TV has no customer service and ended up just pocketing the remaining $600 themselves.
