I will never use this platform again. After receiving my assessment, I was not happy with the overall work. When I approached them expressing my dissatisfaction and asking if something could be done, no help was provided. They kept insisting that the work was up to standard, despite my objections. The tutor did not answer the question correctly, there were numerous missing in-text references, and overall, I was extremely dissatisfied. I will never use this platform again!

It was horrible. They kept on asking about my login details at sign up and I kept on filling it up, but there was no response after the last one, terrible service!

Please do not use this!! They did not help at all. They said they could help me with my assignment but instead left me hanging and did not even reply. They did not answer any of the questions I needed help with and left me out. There was no help, no communication, and they just took my money. Please do not fall for this scam!!

There was no help after I paid a very high price! On the day my assignment was due, I got no help and no communication. Finally, someone replied saying they could not help at all. I am trying to get a refund. I literally failed and did very poorly because they did not help me when they said they could and would. Please never rely on this! It was an awful experience and ruined my course.

This was truly one of the worst experiences ever and it cost me my entire grade. Do not rely on this service at all! Please, please do not use this because it caused me so much stress and was terrible.

I paid a very high price to get help with my assignment. I booked a live session for 2 hours. I gave practice questions and materials beforehand. I sent the 8 questions I needed help with for the live session.

During the session, the tutors were not responsive at all. I asked question about some of their work and they did not reply at all. I was left hanging most of the time. We communicated via whatsapp because the app and website did not work.

Out of the 8 questions, they answered 2. But one of the 2 questions was very short and was still wrong. And, the other question had errors throughout. When I tried asking about the work, they did not answer at all.

I messaged many times and they never replied. I finally got a response saying that they did not know how to do it. I was left hanging with no help and no response. They did not answer the question correctly. They did not do it on time. They did not even complete the questions at all-- not even close. Then, worst of all, I was left on read and no one replied or even communicated.

I was told that they could do these questions and that they were very confident in helping. They assured me many times. I provided a lot of resources and even sent my own work. But for the live session and date of the assignment I wanted help with, all they could do was say that they didn't know and no one could help. Then completely not reply after many messages.

I am trying to get a refund but even that has been incredibly difficult. The customer service was not responsive at all. There is no help and please never use this! Do not rely on this terrible service at all. Do not! Please save yourself and your assignments. I was thrown under the bus. This was truly one of the worst experiences in every possible way.
