I have used Turquoise a few times to book our trips and have been really happy each time.
We had a few issues on this latest trip culminating in my daughter being quite seriously ill in hospital in Zanzibar. As a result our return journey had to be rearranged at the last minute as our insurance company weren’t playing ball.
I was so very lucky as Sue ( the managing directors wife) took matters in hand to get things sorted out for us, working late into the night. She got us home as quickly as possible once my daughter had been discharged from hospital.

In the planning stage for my trip to New Zealand I asked four different companies for their suggestions for my itinerary. The Turquoise Holiday Company came up trumps. Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable, this made a big difference to my experience.

My trip app was excellent, with everything I needed in one place. I loved the weather section and the restaurant recommendations were extremely useful.

Some of the drive times between my stops were optimistic as there were numerous roadworks in the area around Kaikoura, Blenheim and Nelson. This made my drives longer than expected.

When some of my tours and experiences were cancelled due to road closures and weather conditions I received prompt notification of the fact.

I would definitely recommend the Turquoise Holiday Company for a tailor made trip. I will be contacting them next time I go to Australaisia.

We had the most incredible honeymoon, organised by the wonderful Martha. We went to Mauritius and South Africa, staying at Lux le Morne, Constance Prince Maurice, and Marataba Mountain Lodge. Every hotel was beautiful and we got such special treatment for being on our honeymoon. Our transfers were seamless and comfortable. I would definitely recommend using Turquoise to book your special holiday. An extra touch was having Bella, Turquoise’s concierge, to book all of our restaurants, spa treatments, and excursions. We didn’t have to worry about any of the organising or finding a hotel we would love, as we completely trusted Martha to pick the hotels based on our wishes. Highly highly recommend!

We only dealt with Jonty from beginning to end.

The level of service and detail was outstanding.

Meticulous planning which included late changes to the itinerary due to the fires in jasper. Jonty even rose to the extraordinary challenge presented to him when in our last 8 days of the trip I suggested abandoning the plans for the drive across the Rockies in favour on polar bear watching in Churchill !!

Jonty was always very punctual in responding to the many questions , he was always good humoured and very knowledgeable about the areas that we visited.

Other than this aspect, we found the App absolutely amazing. It had all the information about the trip , maps, weather, in fact everything. What was very spooky that it was almost always one step ahead of us and kept us informed and updated. Particularly with information relating to the transport arrangements.

We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Turquoise again and would certainly recommend the company to anybody searching for a first class holiday organised by a first class company.

A great trip, some excellent recommendations and the feeling that we were being really cared for and about - and when there was a minot hiccup (purely down to a screw-up on the part of a hotel, certainly not of Turquoise' making) the way it was dealt with was exemplary.

Turquoise is amazing! Our holiday to Mauritius for half term, with two kids, was incredible and they handled everything so brilliantly.

Recent reviews here make no mention of Safari holidays - well, here's one! I had done a couple but my wife hadn't. So I was clear that I wanted to take her to Kenya - Amboseli, with Kilimanjaro appearing above the clouds, the Masai Mara - and a few days on the coast to recover. Nick at Turquoise was a model of help; we had much to-ing and fro-ing with some changes of date, but what he put together was well beyond our expectations. All three resorts he chose turned out to be the epitome of luxury, great service, excellent food, and wildlife experiences to die for - immensely better than my previous experiences. The seaside resort was small, cozy, friendly and gave every bit of relaxation we could have wished for. All transfers worked perfectly; we felt secure all the way through. This was our second holiday booked through Turquoise - and not the last!

Just returned from the Maldives on a family half term holiday. Bethany at Turquoise was excellent in helping us choose between the Maldives and Mauritius. Having been to both before I was concerned there would not be enough to keep teenagers happy in the Maldives but Bethany steered us towards Dhigali and we had a fantastic time - everything excellent making for a memorable family holiday. Turquoise will definitely be on the list for future holiday arrangements.

Turquoise are amazing, I can't recommend them enough. Alessandra was fantastic and spent a lot of time helping me look at options for which resort in Mauritius would be just right for my family and our requirements. From choosing, booking, and getting ready for our holiday, the service was seamless. Also huge thanks to Bella for helping us get information on surfing for my husband and booking restaurants and such-we felt very organised and in great hands. The entire experience and trip was fabulous, we had the most amazing time! Lux Le Morne was incredible and the staff there really made it :)

This is the 6th holiday we have booked with Turquoise and the 3rd that has been organised by Jonty. We would not go anywhere else for our long(er) haul holidays - but are now already considering a Turquoise Ibiza trip next year, which we would typically have sorted ourselves.

We found Turquoise when we started looking for our honeymoon. We had always dreamed of going to the Maldives but everywhere we had looked was too expensive or didn’t match what we wanted.
Blaise listened to what we wanted for our honeymoon and came back with some amazing options. She always had time to call or email and nothing was ever a hassle.
Before the honeymoon we recieved phone call checking in and making sure we had completed all the necessary documents and to wish us well on our holiday.
We also used the Honeymoon gift lift that Turquoise offer. This was a fantastic idea so guests could gift directly to the honeymoon.
