We loved the product. Very good likeness that made a beautiful first Pop Pop Father's Day gift.
No problem with the order and delivery was as expected.

Two photos were used for two separate orders. Both turned out amazingly lovely. I used a couple of changes for each. The recipients, both couples, absolutely loved them. Continuously looking back and enjoyed, exclaimed, unbelievably impressed.
You do have to remember to use the best photos, well lit, to create the best insertion into the selected setting. Changing is just for very minimal adjustments. As an artist myself, it’s a very exceptional process with a fun creation!

In the beginning I doubted that this picture would be good. But I gave it a try. It was for Fathers Day for my husband who has everything. What a wonderful portrait for us to enjoy living in the great state of Montana. Its beautiful and full of the things we are enjoying. Will use them again for other photos and enjoy the creativity that "Turn Me Royal" brings. Truely wonderful.

The portrait arrived prior to the date specified and it looked so amazing! When I had questions, customer service contacted me by the next day. It came wrapped very well thankfully because USPS didn’t handle the box with complete care.

I ordered this and as soon I ordered I realized I forgot to add my husbands daughter. Less than 5 minutes after I ordered I tried contacting them to add his daughter. 2 weeks later I get message notification that ordered was mailed. I emailed them again about it. They informed me order was mailed and I would have to order and pay for another framed picture. Over $150. I told them if they had checked their emails like a regular company they would see I tried to change order the same day I ordered it.
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WOULD ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS ‘Company’

I thought that it turned out great! The quality was great, it got here in plenty of time. It was a great Father’s Day gift.

I placed an order for my husband's birthday. He has always, ever since I met him, been talking about how he's superman. So I got the portrait of him as Superman, and it is fantastic! I wish I had stated what color dog I wanted but they got the breed of dog I wanted on there, so that's perfect. Ordering and shipping was a breeze. I went on, picked which picture I wanted, they printed it up, I ordered it and it arrived quickly. Now I'm just waiting for his birthday to get here so I can give it to him and see his surprise!

I imported a photo and chose a theme. I was provided with a sample which was good but needed some changes. In the optional field I put in color, pose, no certain accesories ( jewelry, headband, etc) and every sample after that included the unwanted things, wrong color, wrong pose until I ran out of attempts. Would have to pay in order to get more attempts or sign up to get continual nagging emails. Sent them an email and never heard back.
Update: They reached out to me and provided 20 additional credits. I again attempted the process by inputing my options first then letting the program create the portrait and it produced exactly what I wanted. I bought that one then added a 2nd one the same way and it took 2 passes to get a perfect one. Haven't received the final portraits on canvas yet but they made things right so far.

I got my pictures quick and there were great, I was very pleased the way they turned out. I will order from than again Thanks

Bought it for my husband. He liked it more than I thought he would. It's a great addition to our wall. Couldn't be happier. Some issues getting the electronic copy, but only took one email and that was resolved.

No response from customer service regarding my order. Order status says that the package has shipped but it’s been 5 days with no tracking updates. Carrier claims they haven’t received the package. Will not order from this company again. I wish I would have looked into this company prior to ordering. Moving forward, i will be sure to let everyone know not to order from this company. Customer service is a zero.

I can not recommend this company. I ordered a 8x10 canvas. They offered an additional canvas for $29. I accepted the offer. It clearly shows the additional canvas as an
“ add on “. I only received 1 canvas. The company after many emails back and forth state it was an “upgrade “. Clearly they don’t understand the difference between an upgrade and an additional canvas.
The first price quoted was $79. The “ add on “ was for $29 more.
I was charged $109 for one canvas. They have refused to send the additional canvas.
Also the link to download and make copies of your own canvas expired before I even had a chance to use it!!!

I have bought twice. The pictures are brilliant and exactly as I expected. The first one I ordered too small (my mistake) second one was perfect. I love being able to see the pictures online before I choose. Ordering was easy and delivery was as stated and delivered in appropriate packaging. Very happy with my experience and I will shop here again

I ordered the same size canvas last year for my husband and the quality was much better. The picture was clear and they asked if I wanted any revisions before printing. The ones I ordered last month was overly AI’d and clearly a decrease in overall product-was hoping for the same.
