Have to say really pleased with the end product (good quality and packaged well). We had to make the difficult decision to have our elderly cat put to sleep and I thought this would be a nice way to commemorate him. I went for all the options for a 20" by 24" and provided 3 photos. I had assumed / hoped adding the multiple preview option would give me different options to choose from but it just gave me 4 different colour schemes. It took a while to get to the final version, and I found the review process a little clunky (time taken to make simple amends (a week was the longest), and no response to questions). It is for this reason I did not give 5 stars.

Having read previous responses to negative reviews I’m not optimistic about the company taking any responsibility here.
Can’t comment on the product as it sits at a family address in Yorkshire.
Ordered 16/8/25 as a memorable 21st present and finally delivered 2/9/25.
Initial previews missed half the image and revised image only completed following further emails call when staff acknowledged the error. Delays meant delivery to home address would be late so alternative and next day postage agreed by the company. I repeatedly advised the date I needed delivery.
At no point in 2/3 emails and personal call did anybody say that they could not meet the delivery date needed for this gift to be the memory they promised. At best very cynical approach to customer service.
When we called to discuss this we were told this was our problem and to pay for it to be forwarded. Practically nothing to be done , this might be a great product but I look forward to seeing if this company can offer reasonable response.

I loved the ease of sending my photo and then waiting for the different conceptions from the artist for me to choose was just about 6 days! It was then just over 2 weeks and my beautiful picture came! It is better than I imagined! It is a Christmas gift for my husband so I cannot wait to give to him!

The process was easy to follow, they were open to changing things to make the product just as I wanted it. Good quality and going to be a great product to send as a gift!

The ordering process was very straightforward & they offer you quite a few 'add-ons' which include digital copies of your print & additional proofs. The proofs I was sent looked very good & I was able to choose one, which I did on Sunday 24th August. It is now Thursday 4th September & the print has still not been delivered, which I find very frustrating. Had a message from Evri to say the package was bigger than they had expected & it had to be delivered by a different driver. Shambles springs to mind.

Tried many times to get anything similar to the advert quality but gave up in the end and simply picked the final attempt. It arrived and frame really cheap and cannot stand up only put on a wall. Definitely will NOT ever order from them again.

Great communication and beautiful end products

Ordered several pieces of art work for family and friends. All pieces were spectacular and I was very pleased with them and so were the recipients. Very well made and an easy and quick process. Well done. Top marks.

Exactly what I wanted and prompt delivery

I have received 4 orders now and are delighted with them. 3 were gifts and 1 of my Grand Daughter for me. I only had 1 framed as felt that element was very expensive. I have purchased frames for the other 3 and pleased. I ordered 12 x 8 prints and the choice of frames for that size is more limited. I felt the service was great and the fact you could review for colour tone. They arrived rolled and not damaged and punctually. Great idea as bit different and quality good too!
Would order again but frame myself which is a shame really but perhaps a review of the charges for framing would be a good idea. 😃

I thought initially they worked to a high standard checking you were pleased with product and correcting any issues until l received the picture and found splodges all over the picture. I sent two e-mails, sadly no response. I have been conned..

I got my wife an anniversary gift. It got damaged in the mail before it got to me. They were very fair and sent me a replacement. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
