I'm writing this review after 4.5 months of my hair transplant operation. I waited that long because i wanted to see the results first.
Very good people to deal with. Very professional and they delivered what they promised.
I looked around before choosing them for my transplant and read positive reviews about them and now it's my turn to give them 5 stars.
Operation went smooth, exactly as they explained to me.
I highly recommend them.

The communication was brilliant thanks to Ahmed and zen, the accommodation was superbe, I really can only recommend Turkeymed, everything was perfect !

My experience with TurkeyMed was appalling and deeply concerning. Dealing with their representative, Ahmed, was enough to completely erode any confidence in the organisation.

Ahmed was rude, dismissive, and astonishingly inexperienced. His communication demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, basic medical tourism knowledge, or client care skills. Legitimate questions about procedures, standards, risks, and aftercare were either ignored, answered incorrectly, or brushed aside with arrogance. It was immediately obvious that he had no meaningful understanding of the services he was attempting to sell.

What stood out most — and alarmingly so — was the relentless fixation on money. Every interaction felt like a sales push rather than a discussion about medical suitability, patient safety, or informed decision-making. Transparency was absent. The information provided was vague, evasive, and at times misleading, creating the impression that the primary objective is to extract payment as quickly as possible, not to guide patients responsibly.

This behaviour is not just unprofessional — it is dangerous. Medical tourism requires trust, competence, and ethical standards. TurkeyMed, based on my experience, exhibits none of these qualities. The approach feels opportunistic, poorly managed, and entirely driven by commission rather than patient outcomes.

Frankly, if Ahmed is representative of TurkeyMed’s standards, then this is not a business that should be entrusted with anyone’s health, time, or money.

I strongly warn others to avoid TurkeyMed entirely and conduct independent research elsewhere. This operation appears commercially aggressive, misleading, and fundamentally unfit to advise on medical procedures.

The team at Turkey med is very professional, friendly and helpful. This includes their support staff and drivers. I had my HT 2 weeks ago and the overall experience was great. Too early to talk about the final outcome but happy with the hairline post removal of all the scabs.

From the moment I sent a general inquiry via WhatsApp, the team at Turkeymed has been exceptional. Their communication and support, both pre- and post-operation, were fantastic. I could easily reach out with any questions, and their timely responses put my mind at ease throughout the entire process.

My wife and I also had our teeth cleaned, which we booked through Turkeymed. Dr. Ahmed guided us the entire time at the dental clinic, and again, we had a private driver to take us from the hotel and back. We really enjoyed our chats with Dr. Ahmed!

I will speak highly of Turkeymed and Dr. Ahmed to my friends and anyone in need of a hair transplant or dental care. The service and experience were truly top-notch!

Ahmed has been exceptional, providing all the information from the early days and being very professional in organizing everything throughout the process, including aftercare through WhatsApp messages and support.

Writing this review after two days of my operation; To start from the airport pickup to hotel and hospital transportation were all on time. Ahmed and Aladdin were very professional with all their detailed explanation's. They answered all our queries very patiently. Technicians were very polite through out the surgery. I will write another review once I see my results. Till now I can say it was a very good experience.
