Hadley a very cheap car jump starter delivered, packaging damaged, asked to return and told that it would never arrive back at their Asian address, then wouldn't respond to correspondence, avoid this company at all costs, not on companies house, wish I'd done my research prior to perchance,

The sat nav did not work. The instruction leaflet was hopeless. Wanted me to send it back to Honk Kong at my expence. Managed to get a refund of 15%, Avoid this company.

Basic open source maps and inferior mounting system. They will create all sorts of hurdles blocking a return but persist and they will relent.
A scam in all but name.

Very poor satnav, no postcodes, crap route selection (very cheap map presumably) and randomly switches off. Despite promise of return for full refund ‘for any reason’ all you get is delaying tactics, lies and currently we have to pay to return to their ‘central Asian depot’ (no address as yet) or keep their dross for a 15% refund. Suspect next email will have the 35% warehouse fee mentioned in other reviews.
Buyer beware, these people are scum - Oh and also appear to be changing their name to Turbo Gods. We’re reporting to Trading Standards & contacting the bank.

Ordered a jump start stating 12000 for £99 from a London Address also an address in Hawick when it arrived it was not what I ordered just a unit I could have got for £26.99
I complained when they eventually replied they said it was the equivalent load of rubbish I could have wrote all the details down don’t want to bore you eventually I sent it to Hawick by registered post but it was returned saying not at this address it was a Hotel so they offered me a discount but I refused complained to Klarna they took a case out got a E mail saying it needs to be returned to China at a cost to to plus tax there Webb site has taken the London and Hawick address down replaced with China Address so at least now your know your dealing with a Chinese Shit Company not a UK company
Never Buy off this company and I’m writing to the papers they advertise in saying it’s false information

This business does not provide the returns policy it advertises on its website. My order for GPS Navquest satnav is not acceptable device. Per their T&Cs (& UK consumer law) it was cancelled on day of delivery. This is all within their advertised terms. However a week of emails and no returns address is provided and no refund per UK law. Instead a runaround with obfuscation.
Beware- They are not what they present.

I avoided Ebay as I wanted to be sure I was buying a quality item.
The website is really good and promotes a wonderful UK based company offering products for the car enthusiasts with speedy delivery.
NOW THE TRUTH
Chinese products invariably not in stock so expect a 3 week wait like I did waiting for it to be shipped from China.
Lots of cut & paste grovelling responses to my complaint and the £30 value special gift failedto arrive, maybe its still being made..in China

This company is a complete scam. Do not purchase anything from them. They did not send the item I ORDERED, instead it was a cheap replica. They offered a free gift worth £30 which did not appear.

Turbo lords is a con order a satnav plus extra when it came nothing like the advertised sent email for a return label or address but all I get is a email to send photos it’s been 8 day just sending emails and photos but you only got 30days to send back which I think this what there trying to ride out I need a good satnav so I had to buy a nother on that this one was ment to do don’t bother with this company just get a one you can see and it will cost you less in the long run and less hassle hope this helps other hat thinking of using Turbo Lords

Turbolords is scamming us,,, BEWARE. Ordered a battery starter for £90 and they sent a different make which i could have brought for £26 they then wanted me to pay return postage and re stocking fees. Contacted my bank who recovered my money i urge others to do the same.

What a shocking company. ordered a car jump starter cost £89. I cancelled order within the 2 hour window after reading reviews and also realising i could buy the same thing £35 amazon or £28 pounds at aliexpress.
They did finally respond to my email and cancelled order, but took my money. I emailed to aske when id get my money back and the responce was they had shipped it. This company is what makes the internet so dangerous. absolute scam company. avoid at all costs. I will chalk this down to my stupidity. Someone needs to shut them down.

This company are scamming people I ordered a raptor battery booster for £99 when it eventually arrived I got what I can only call a cheap acezuk booster they sell on ally express for £30 please avoid this company

Searched for "Best Sat Nav 2025" and found website "topautodevices.com" which lead me to Turbo Lords website and product. Two weeks later with product I did some checking - review website only had the one aricle there and a select few customer reviews, only actual link on page was to Turbo Lords. Product received has 2024 maps, £30 mystery gift was a zip file of pdf books. Most UK satnavs are 7" whereas this is 9", hopefully it will function as intended and be a useful gps sat nav. UPDATE - now with model no I see you can buy same on ebay for half the price.

Item delivered after several reminders. Pressure washer was cheap parts and not everything was delivered. My statutory rights were curtailed as they want a 35% re-stocking fee. The product is always on sale on the website. Listed at approx £400 discounted to £180. The 15m hose I ordered was only 9m. They read one email a day so it took 47 emails to get them refund me part of my money as they did not deliver what I ordered. The telephone number is the USA, the physical office in Scotland and the admin office is in London. I discovered the IP address is hidden. When I first used it after two months of messages the hose blew off when I pressed the trigger on the gun. Cheap rubbish, questionable operation, unprofessional, unreliable and you must avoid this company at all costs.

Do not use this company. The device does not work. Total scam

Scammers. Sent cheap copy worth £30 but charged me £99 for the real item. If I sent back it would still cost me £40 in postage and their made up back to stock charges. Rip off scum

This is a SCAM company the products they advertise on their website is not what you get. They are buying cheap products of Temu and selling them on. I have now got trading standards involved. I bought a car jump starter from them they advertise a Raptor one on their website but I received a BSMOON one a very cheap product. When you complain are not interested and say I can return it at my own cost for postage and they will deduct a 35% restocking fee. Please don’t use this company hopefully trading standards can shut them down

I ordered a Sat Nav from this company, but because of a dropped wi-fi connection, ended up paying twice for the item, £248 in total!
Emails remain generally unanswered, though they did send me a tracking number, which when visited, required me to pay a fee, before getting any info. I didn't pay!
I am still waiting for the goods I ordered, so don't be foolish like me and AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Nice as pie when ordering. But when there is a problem with a product there is no replies to emails. And return policy states that you not remove from box. How can you test an item if you can't open the box. Do not use this company it will cost you. 2 sat navs that only partially work and not able to return. No phone numbers no return address. Absolutely Useless
