Turbo Diesel London Limited Anmeldelser

The part provided was exactly as described and after returning my original part, I got my deposit back.
I write this review as a I was worried it was a scam at first so thought other people should know they didn’t rip me off. Please make sure you put a note into the original turbo when you send it back so they can issue the refund. It also took more than 7 days for me to get my deposit back but they did eventually reply to my email and refund me. I gave it a 4 because the company should definitely work on their communication as they weren’t answering calls and were slow at emails, which was a bit worrying as I thought I may not get deposit back.

Very quick shipping..Genuine part hope will last forever 😁

So far purchased 2 turbos and an actuator from this company.
They have been quick and very easy to communicate with during the ordering and returning process of old turbos.
Will continue to use this company.

Turbo arrived with everything as advertised, and works well - but there is a £200 deposit that takes a while to come back after you return your old unit.

Communications are shocking, once you got ya turbo or definitely once they have your old turbo back, communication drops down to zero.

Very annoying.

Turbo works great, but it comes with stress.

I have received the turbo some time ago. It arrived promptly with listed kit. Deposit given back despite delay

The quality is top shelf. Service quick and simple. Non brainer, would recommend

The product was very good but still waiting for £150 deposit return.

very good, fast and simple

Excellent delivery, site couldn’t confirm my part required however asked me to email, replied within five minutes with the part number to order. It was delivered quickly and very reasonable price. Will definitely recommend 👍

Turbo arrived promptly with the replacement gaskets and bolts.

Turned up really quick now just waiting on deposits

Fast delivery and excellent customer service

Very reasonable price. And delivery was pretty quick. Would use again if needed.

Can’t say I had a good thing to say. I went off of reviews that all said good communication, good company, fast delivery blah blah blah.

Well buy can I say WRONG I have no communication at all emailed 3 times, text messaged 2 times and WhatsApped 2 times not a peep rang multiple time before getting an answer every time I rang.

Ordered a turbo Saturday was supposed to be here approximately Wednesday DPD had given a label but no product had been shipped rang Thursday was told it was sent Monday and DPD was the problem he said he’d send another and that he’s call back never did I chase it Friday morning told me he’s sent another and would be with that day latest Saturday and nothing.

I rang Monday morning and was told he’d sent another Thursday evening and that DPD had lost it AGAIN so he was going to you guessed it send another.

After a brief phone call that was recorded I asked for a refund and thankfully after having no hope I got a full refund.

Would say the reviews are not trustworthy and you’d be wasting time and potential money.

Good service

Avoid. This place is a nightmare. No communication. Takes weeks to refund deposit and won’t answer the phone.

Very quick and easy transaction. I returned old turbo quickly and deposit arrived in the account after 3 or 4 days. Will recommend to my friends and family

Fast delivery, after deposit made. Quick response to my email. Happy with order. Would recommend.

Top service, the same day dispatch. Guys are very friendly and helping to choose what you need! Highly recommend!!!!
