I am very disappointed with this loan company! I lost my job due to a position abolishment, and I have emailed them several times over the past few weeks, but I didn’t receive a response until recently. I owed them an amount and offered to settle the loan for about half of what I owed, as I am currently on Employment Insurance (EI) income. I was planning to borrow these funds from my brother to pay off the loan.

Unlike other lenders I've dealt with, they did not accept my offer. Instead, they said they would forward my file to their collections and fraud department, even though I had been communicating back and forth with the Collections Manager. What kind of scammers are they? It’s a joke! I am trying my best to pay off the loan, but all they have done is add numerous NSFs and other excessive fees. For a $500 loan (which I already paid $137), they now want almost $900!

Other lenders have been helpful and agreed to much lower settlement amounts, yet this company is ridiculous. I strongly advise against borrowing from them because if you ever lose your job and can’t pay them back, they will treat you very poorly!
I will have my Consumer Proposal Company deal with them from now on since they havent even accepted my settlement to pay off the loan!

So far I will give them 5 stars.

Everything happened pretty seamlessly, phone call was great, communication was also great. Loan contract came almost immediately.

I am still waiting for the actual funds to come through from them however.
The gentleman on the phone said 30 minutes and it’s been closer to 2 hours.
So hopefully I am in their queue to process soon. Will advise.

Perfect love them

A scam company. They never approve you, nor tell you why they declined you, they just take your Information and automatically decline you. I keep getting notifications saying I’m free to apply, everytime they decline, they don’t help explain to you why they keep declining you over and over again, it’s just a scam! Stay away from this company.
