hello everyone! I bought an iPhone and accidentally blocked it, used one of the many TunesKit programs, and easily unlocked it and use these programs to this day. The service is really the best of many similar ones, everything is easy and simple, and most importantly everything works!

Tuneskit Support very poor... i try to reach them is five hours now no response. have purchase product and am having a problem have tried several times to reach them.

If someone told me my story with "support" TunesKit, I would not believe them that in a world of constant competition and solicitation of users such a story is possible.

This is really very good software - the best one I've worked on (in this price class), it has a lot of small functional solutions that make work much easier, you can see that someone put a lot of effort into its design.

However, as in any software there are errors that prevent you from working with 100% satisfaction and you have to use other software in addition.

I spent a lot of time to take screenshots, record videos of problems and describe it all.
It was more difficult for me because I don't know English and I have to use a translator.

Due to the poor English language, I will not elaborate, I will only write that at some point, in order to establish some contact - which was not possible via e-mail support - I wrote to them on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube.

I got replies like this:

"Sorry, We will get back to you as soon as possible."

- I started discussions and again a break for a few weeks.

I started asking for an answer again and after some time I got something like this:

"Sorry again for the inconvenience.
We'll strive to do better."

and then the appropriate response to the conversation.

Unfortunately, it's been over 3 months since my last question and there's no way I can contact them.

i constantly have to click on the stop, save button to go record a different song from a playlist which is frustrating it would be better if it could sync with the audio player, and also most of the time when you finish recording a song the software completely gives wrong information about it

I wanted to reinstall TunesKit on my new Mac. I contacted TunesKit via email to see if the lisense could be migrated. They reset my key code so I was able to continue to use this app. Very fast and speedy support from Mila at Customer Service.

I purchased a product from them that technically did not work on the phone I wanted to do it on but I had an older one I was able to use and it worked. The company was offering a month free to there services if you write a 5 star review and ultimately just says the program won't work and just blows you off. Most of these 5 star ratings are to get a free product.

Please can Tuneskit unlock iPhone 11 pro activation lock. I reported it stolen last year, just to find it in the house while trying to relocate but now I can't remember it's password or Nothing. Can Tuneskit help me reset my phone using its IMEI??

Old not get qobus to work.
Amazon worked fine.
I had to reinstall windows

Don't buy any of their products in regards to iPhone, all their apps are useless. I deploy a lot of iPhone for our company. I had a phone returned and I could not redeploy it because of icloud prompting for password. I used Tuneskit iPhone Unlocker. It couldnt remove the account even though it says successful. I emailed support and still have not heard from them. These companies are crooks.
