I bought 6 hijabs and 3 undercaps, and I love them so much!! Quality is amazing, colours are accurate to the pictures and exactly what I wanted. Delivery was fast and communication about where my items were in the delivery process was great too. Literally cannot recommend Tulip Fashion enough, will be using again!

Great quality and super convenient hijabs!

The hijab was perfect but the actual delivery was a total mess….got delivered somewhere else and then I had to track it down myself and when I did manage to track it the outside package was filthy so for that reason I would not order again

Decent scarves.. i am disappointed in a hair scrunchie that was described as a "tulle scrunchie" to wear under the hijab.. it wasnt tulle though it was just floppy fabric bunched together so i think the title definitely needs changing for this item as it is misleading. The pashmina shawls i bought were thinner than i thought (the type you would probably get on shein for around £3) but wearable however they do tend to snag very easily on just about anything due to the fabric being thin.

I don't like the fabric used in sewing. It is thin.

Disappointed with my Order of two instant hijabs, for £11 each I expected the quality to have been better. They don’t fit snugly so the front of my hair kept showing.

I spent £50 on 5 ‘instant’ hijabs, which were not fit for purpose. The undercaps had not been sewn fully to the chiffon hijab, so when worn the hijab would separate from cap and hair would show.

Emailed the company straight away and sent them detailed photographs showing them the problem. They said that they’d refund my order as soon as they received my return.
My biggest grievance is that I spent £9.95 to return a faulty order, and didn’t receive a full refund - only £46.96 had been refunded.
Emailed again a week ago querying this - and there has been no reply.

As a result The whole process and return has left me £13 out of pocket. Serves me right for trying to support a small brand - lesson learned!

Good stuff, good service

I was surprised by how prompt the delivery was. The scarves are good quality, especially the instant chiffon ones. Wish they came in a wider range in colours. Great for a special occasion.

The products were Faulty not working at all the description on the box was misrepresented didn't match the product falsely advertised I emailed them sent them evidence off not working product an false advertisement asked the for refund they haven't sent me an keep telling me how sorry they are but doing nothing to replace or refund the product and taking so long to.reoly to my emails as my consumers right 2015 law im intaiteled my full refund this case but never received I'm going to put official complaint im disabled they put me on so much stress and inconvenience whole off last week i have been emailing them still waiting for my.refund stay away from this company do not order from them worst customer service ever I'm contacting trading standees tthey shouldn't trade. At all seing what they advice isn't what you get an so hard to get your money back off them. They don't even deserve the 1stra

The 2 hijab I got are of poor quality- really bad finishing

I ordered 4 chiffon scarves. The material is very good, but for one of them the cut is asymmetric, which makes it unwearable. I didn't return it because I'm very busy.
