What a disgrace. Purchased an artificial fern that looked nothing like the fern that was for sale in the picture they displayed. I put the fern in the bin it was that bad. Can’t believe they were selling it at sale price £24.99 shame on you.

False advertising, ordered stone coffee mugs, received resin cast poorly airbrushed small cups.

No response to refund request

The company is a scam ! Don’t buy it !! I ordered for few hundreds dollars never received anything ! Never answered my emails !
I can’t believe I fall for this .. I usually check before o buy something ..

I read the first review of this scam shop and I had the same experience. I ordered 2 hanging ferns from a Youtube video for $55.97. They were supposed to come with a mystery gift. Ordered 3/14 2025 and received 2 stems of thick plastic fern with about 5 leaf stems that I could fan out and use as a hand-held fan. NOT the hanging basket ferns that I had ordered. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Warning to everyone, I purchased 2 ferns after watching a video, my fault I should have checked the specifications, as the video does not match the anything close to what I received. I paid $82 for 2 which I could have got same items from ikea for $20each. Won't be a repeat customer in future. IF I COULD REVIEW ON THEIR SITE I WOULD, BUT YOU CAN'T

This is a most true review.

Ordered these thinking as you would they were crystal as advertised. the web site shows a video of the manufacturing with huge chunks of crystal. all the reviews are fake. I cancelled the order as soon as i found out 4 weeks ago and they totally ignored my emails and still sent 2 weeks later. Arrived today so now have to fight to get a refund. Cheap plastic , looks nothing like the images, total rip off. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely appalled by these ferns.. the pictures show full,lush large plants . These are plastic and small... Will not be able to use them.. £40.00 wasted!! KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ferns advertised are nothing like the ad. Costs $50 worth $5 maybe. Small and cheap. Dont buy. Now im trying to figure out how to return. Fraudulent alert! I should have known. Dont buy anything from facebook

Crystal gemstone mugs are not gemstone and very small than advertised. I have sent Tucunare three e-mails and NO reply. What a waste of my $79.99. Very unhappy. DO NOT BUY from them!

I thought I ordered 3 ferns that did not have to be watered. What I got was 3 packs of ferns that don’t make one basket! I was ripped off and spent 90.00.

Do NOT buy from this company!

Firstly, I highly doubt anyone from Tucunare will get back to me with any sort of an explanation or refund, and secondly this review is authentic and genuine. These cups are NOT gemstone, they are acrylic. And very poorly painted also. Cup arrived way smaller than advertised, but was ridiculous in its appearance - clearly plastic and still showing the mold marks from plastic forming, manufacturing extrusion marks plus a scratch showing where the surface colour has simply come off exposing the white polymer underneath. It is NOTHING even close to gemstone.

I then drilled a hole in the handle to show the white polymer dust coming out of it.

This entire sale is fraudulent and the product is nothing like advertised. It is a very poorly manufactured cup from synthetic plastic material not even coloured like an Amethyst gemstone, but being passed off as such. Try holding a match underneath it, it melts!!!

I have sent Tucunare an email, with photos, but as anticipated just silence.

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE.

Crystal cups are plastic and half the size. Nothing like what they claiming. A total rip off! Do not buy from this company. It is fraudulent advertising. Annoyed and disappointed!

Stay away from this web site, absolutely a FRAUD, I ordered one of those coffee mugs, they sent me a mug that COMPLETELY looks different, does not look ANYTHING like the ones on their site and is the size of a whiskey shot, also took about 6 weeks, they do not respond to their emails and no phone number to contact.

Hubby tried to buy me a special b/day present which cost him OVER $300!!
It was their "so-called" MINERAL CRYSTAL GEMSTONE COFFEE MUGS, which they advertise as "crafted from real crystals / gemstone" & on 40% discount sale were still approx $60 EACH!!!
So with that sort of price, hubby thought they were legit & gonna be a beautiful present. EXCEPT.... They are NOT what they advertise!! They are NOT gemstone, but plastic crap & 2 were broken when arrived! They are NOT the size they mention, only big enough for a child to use! The LOOK like they were painted by a 5yr old child!! They are that disgusting l couldn't even bring myself to donate them to a charity & I wouldn't even pay $20 for the lot of them!!

Absolutely awful, I cannot say how poor this item is. It feels small and plastic like. What a waste of money. Very unhappy.

This is a horrible coffee mug that should be made of stone. It's really fake glass, and it looks like a mug made for children to play with. Pictures are not what you'll get. Please DO NOT BUY from them!
