I have great experiences with the live hosts on Tiktok and offline Customer services. They are fun, support and funny also cute when they are hosting the live video. I have been their customers for a few years, they are all friendly and professional at the job. Super fun experiences on the live I’ve ordered multiple times from them and always received my items packaged carefully and well. If they were out of stock on something I wanted they would take the time to find it for me to order as well if it was available.

TTMart is a great website to buy blind boxes and other toys from, including beans. You can either watch their lives or just have the items shipped directly to you. It’s also nice that you can trade for their sample if you watch their lives. Their customer service has always been nice and very helpful whenever I have had an issue. I highly recommend them.

i found this website and the tiktok lives they do over a year ago when i was trying to find the best prices for blind boxes. not only are the prices some of the best around, but the website is easy to use and updated daily, and they have the best customer service. i have placed more than a dozen orders with them and have never had any issues with quality of products and everything has been authentic, and the packaging is always very secure. this is where i go to buy all the new releases of blind box plushies and beans! i highly recommend buying from ttmart.

TTMart is amazing! From hosts to customer service, everyone is very nice and helpful. Never got a sarcastic comments, or anyone making me feel like my questions or requests are ridiculous or st*pid. Mistakes are human, and when it happens, they do what they can to rectify the situation and help you out. Prices are in the norm, and they don't try to extort any extra fees. TTMart has a wonderful team, on n off camera. And the community is the most wholesome one I've seen. ❤️ Hosts are so energetic and entertaining.

My experiences with TTMart have always been amazing and well worth it. I placed my first order with them on 6/28/2025 and I still buy from them now too. The products, packaging, and customer service have all been great, and what I love most is the community they have. They have a livestream on TikTok where hosts interact with the customers directly and unbox their orders for them, and everyone is always so supportive, friendly, and helpful to each other on there. I have never found another livestream or shop that comes close to comparing to TTMart’s amazing team and community. And they go above and beyond to fix any issues with orders or other problems you may have. I highly recommend checking out this store!

I appreciate TTmart for a variety of reasons. To begin, all of the hosts are helpful, friendly, welcoming, and patient. That being said, it’s very easy to love them not only as hosts, but as sisters. Secondly, all of my orders are always packaged with care and if any issues arise customer service always makes sure to solve the problem. I also appreciate that there are new items to choose from daily and I especially like that customers are able to suggest new products for the shop, it truly makes the shopping experience a collaborative one.
