I ordered the gingerbread tree decorations via the Vodafone rewards. It arrived and was all broken in pieces not just one piece every piece so unable to use. I don't feel that these were wrapped really well. They had only one line of paper between the layer of biscuits which isn't enough to protect and prevent them from getting broken! I have ordered biscuits from other places and never arrived like this has. I emailed Jess and 8 days later recieved no reply so emailed again yesterday and still waiting. I was so looking forward to making these with my son to decorate the tree.

I ordered the Gingerbread Reindeer Decorating Kit, which was dispatched promptly. Unfortunately, due to Royal Mail's handling, the biscuits arrived broken. I reached out to Treat Kitchen, and both Lydia and Jess responded to my email quickly and professionally. Despite the issue being out of their control, they took full responsibility and sent out a replacement kit the very next day, which arrived in perfect condition.

The gingerbread biscuits themselves are fantastic—delicious and full of festive flavor! A huge well done to Treat Kitchen for their excellent service and high-quality products. You've truly saved the holiday spirit. Highly recommend! 🎄🍪

You can always tell how good a company is by the quality of its customer service.
I recently had a problem with an order which in no way was it Treat Kitchens fault. The postman had taken it upon himself to launch my package over my 6ft gate and fence therefore damaging the product.
I emailed Treat Kitchens and told them exactly what had happened and attached a photo of the damage along with the postman’s calling card saying when he had left my item.
Within 24 hours I had received a lovely email from a lady called Lydia who was very apologetic and very understanding about my problem. She immediately
offered me a refund or a replacement which I was delighted with.
I would certainly have no hesitation in purchasing from this company again.
There are so many companies on the internet who don’t care about their customers once they have taken their money. This is certainly not the case with Treat Kitchens, Lydia cared and made my experience with her company a memorable one.

Got a gingerbread house kit. All broken pieces, but not only that… the actual gingerbread tastes disgusting! Very disappointed!

Ordered reindeer kit all biscuits were broken. £12 box of smush. Tried to contact them but they don’t reply.

Disliked that it was damaged and in bits, so it was like putting a puzzle together which WAS NOT FUN! If I paid full price for this I would be fuming....

Gingerbread house came broken, stale and taste burnt, doesn't leave me with confidence to order anything else

Ordered some Gingerbread biscuits and unfortunately the courier had mishandled them and came broken. Lydia was top class and sent replacements out immediately.

Bought the raspberry and white chocolate muffin mix in a bottle. Looked great when it arrived and very prompt delivery. Easy to make with kiddos and looked fab coming out of the over. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't great - very sweet and artificial tasting raspberry flavour. Most had to be chucked which is not a normal occurrence in this cake mad house!

Love the concept of this just tip into bowl with a few added ingredients although instructions could be better even with my glasses on they were hard to read but overall great product

Delivery was prompt. The product i choose really taste good. I recommend people to purchase the prpduct.

Easy to order, very impressive packaging, was missing part of order but rectified quickly and efficiently... ordered 3 Xmas gingerbread kits, very impressed when they arrived, gifts for family and friend, I know they will love. Thank you Treat Kitchen xx

This is the only place I can buy my favourites sweets in a bottle so always stock up on them when I can.
Plus they do have good offers on from time to time.
