Good product, but watch out for hidden shipping fees
I ordered this product and paid shipping costs to Germany at checkout. When the package arrived, I was charged an extra €42 in shipping fees — almost as much as the product itself. Nothing on the website warned about additional costs upon delivery, so this came as a complete surprise. I have the receipt to prove it.
I sent a complaint email asking for an explanation and a refund, but never got a reply.
The product itself is great and I'd happily buy it again, but repeat orders quickly add up if there's a surprise €42 charge each time. Just be aware of this before ordering, and I'd encourage the company to be clearer about real shipping costs.

Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for not replying to your previous email. We unfortunately missed your message, and we are very sorry that you did not receive a response.
We would also like to clarify that the additional €42 was not a shipping fee. It was the VAT (tax) and customs charges collected in Germany upon delivery. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are not paid to us.
We do clearly inform our customers before payment that customs duties and VAT may be charged by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. This information is included in our delivery and payment terms, and a warning is also displayed before the order is completed.
We understand, however, that receiving an unexpected charge upon delivery can be frustrating, and we are sorry for any misunderstanding.
We are glad to hear that you are happy with the product, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Ich habe Kosmetikprodukte von Agtheory bestellt. Sowohl die Lotion als auch die Creme lassen sich gleichmäßig verteilen und ziehen gut in die Haut ein. Die Haut fühlt sich den ganzen Tag geschmeidig ein. Ich bin begeistert von den Produkten, und die Lieferung kam innerhalb von 7 Tagen in einwandfreiem Zustand an.

Quite fast, a bit less than 2 weeks.
Product as described and well packed. Was (and still am) a big fan of it when I was living in Japan and it was a bit difficult to find it in Europe.
So will definitely order again if needed.
