Thank you to Tubo for giving us clean water for our family!

My one year olds skin immediately starts to dry out if we haven’t replaced our bath filter, so we’ve now subscribed to every 6 month refills to avoid now that we know how much of a difference it makes, we also hate the return smell of toxic chemicals in the water without the filters it literally smells like a swimming pool without the filter!
Affordable enough for 2 showers & 1 bath filter, as a regular everyday family of 6, we couldn’t be happier!

Absolutely delighted with my product.

I was really disappointed with my experience from this unethical company, breaking UK selling laws and stealing money from customers.

I ordered two bath filters because the website made it seem like you needed to buy a whole new unit when the first one runs out. It wasn’t clear that you just needed to replace the inner filter. I realised the mistake after they emailed to upsell me a replacement filter - and emailed them just a couple of hours after placing the order to cancel one of the Tubos.

They said they’d cancel it but charged me a £4.99 “administration fee,” even though I cancelled well within the 14-day cooling-off period. I explained multiple times that it’s not legal to charge admin fees for cancellations under UK consumer law, but they don't care. They just kept repeating that it was their policy and refused to refund the full amount.

Based on the unethical trading practises, I wouldn't trust the quality of their products. They are clearly not a trustworthy business. I will be reporting to Citizens Advice and hope they will be reported to Trading Standards.
