This was a total ripoff and was a scam for sure! $120 down the drain.enough said.

I too got fell for the sham. No where close to what was advertised. Invested 162 dollars and got may 40 dollars worth of plastic and generic common low-level parts. My bad, teaches me a lesson don't order through the internet, go to brick stores where you can touch what you are buying. Totally wasted 162 dollars.

Well by reading the reviews I guess I too was scammed out of over 100 bucks that I won't get back because I used a debit card. Im only writing to add fuel to the fire. Maybe a class action suit can be filled. This is terrible that we all got scammed. Don't buy from this company.

Complete scam. I tried reaching out, got no response so started a chargeback to AMEX because the shower head received was completely different then what was advertised (plastic, no variable settings, no ability to designate water flow). Additionally, the stone mat was the size of a standard piece of paper. They then reached out to my chargeback to which I replied then I heard nothing back. Last night my chargeback was decline because the company said I never responded to them and because I had tossed the product, my ability to dispute their response disappeared.

Customer service non-existent. I want to return an item and I get no reply from multiple emails. There is no phone number on the website. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM AND RIPOFF

I received 2 units that were completely different from what the website described. When I requested a return, they made it difficult, stating that the item would need to be sent back to their overseas warehouse. Returns from the US are consolidated into scheduled export batches, so there may be a delay before the package is dispatched (my refund process will be delayed, or the refund can't be processed if the overseas package isn't delivered to them). They offered me a 35% discount and let me keep the wrong product, which only cost $20 on Temu after my research. I believe they sent the wrong product on purpose. Don't make a purchase on trytherain.shop.

I received some of what was advertised as a Christmas gift. I'm contacting the BBB regarding this. I cannot get a hold of the company. no phone number, no response to my emails.

I have been trying to to contact this company for 2 days with no luck. No phone number or address on the website. Got as a present and not even close to advertised on website

Like others after finding out, they sent parts other than what was offered. Not metal. Missing many features and parts. Shipped from China. Took 2 weeks.

Complete junk is what I was sent. Not all parts were sent. They supposedly sent the missing parts and there were still things missing. Threw my shower head in the trash because that is where it belongs. Managed to get $60 back out of the $12 I spent. Do not buy from them.

What is being sold is nowhere close to what you receive. They claim it is all Metal but it is all Plastic. The online site states you receive 7 different items, only 3 are actually shipped. The sizes they tell you are wrong and the wrong size is even printed on the product received. Avoid at all cost as this is a scam company.
