Just placed my first order. Website was informative and easy to use

Awesome experience

This product and all the positive reviews are a scam. First of all as soon as you place an order you receive an email for getting $25 back if you leave a 5 star review that they guide you through it. Of course afterwards there is NO $25 back on your order. Then it takes weeks to receive the product because unlike what they claim this product Is not made in USA. It is made and shipped from China with a fake US address. And finally it gave me severe allergic reactions and caused severe itching in hands and feet which continued for several days after stopping the product. Do Not buy into this scam!!!!

Easy to order

Decided not to use this product after my 1st order due to breaking out, so I tried to cancel after being charged for a renewal without realizing or remembering I signed for a subscription. They would not let me return or cancel my subscription; 2 weeks later and I just got charged for a 3rd order, and they are still sending auto-generated responses and not letting me cancel or return my order(s)…. this is terrible. I do not want to go through my bank and cancel my whole card for this, but I may have to. I do not recommend using this brand.

Beef tallow moisturizer works well as general face moisturizer, absorbs quickly. No miracle results after a few months consistent use (along with their face serum). However the company itself lacks integrity and I would never recommend them to anyone. I placed an online order (1 time order and yes I carefully ready any fine print). It took them 3 weeks to ship the product (stated large order volumes) a few days after which they autoenrolled me in a subscription. The refused to cancel the subscription order (even though it hadnt yet left their warehouse), but said if I would dutifully return it at my own cost of shipping to CHINA they would start the rebursement process once it was received and examined. I repeatedly informed them I was not going to pay for something I did not order and requested reimbursement. The company continued to offer "keep product at reduced cost" deals refusing to reimburse my money or provide a me prepaid shipping label to return product. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company after which my return was approved in 24 hrs. Skip this product, not worth working with a sketchy company.

I have researched many different products claiming what Serabel provides. Social Media will trick you into buying products that promise the outcome but there is none. So, took matters into my own hands and researched the top brands that provide the best results for Tallow and Honey Balm and Serabel was rated #1. I have never seen Serabel on social media or Tiktok through advertisements. So, I bought two containers and will see how this cream transforms the lines on my face and I'm hopeful for a great outcome. So excited!

I ordered a 1-month supply, thinking it was a one-time order; it was apparently a subscription. When I was billed again - and for $15 more than the original price - I tried to cancel the order and was told it had already shipped and couldn’t be refunded and the original price was only for the first shipment. For two weeks, the shipping update never showed that it had been shipped, but through several emails, customer service insisted it had shipped and couldn’t be refunded. Suddenly today, I received notification that it was “preparing to ship,” and yet the company says it is not responsible and will not refund my purchase price. Meanwhile, the newest price on their site is greatly reduced even from my supposed “introductory” charge. The only reason I am giving it two stars is because I quite liked the product itself - just not for the over $48 they’ve now charged me. Their abysmal customer service has lost a customer.

I made a one-time order but they keep charging me every month as part of a subscription I never asked for!
I have emailed them and filled out their online form several times. All they say is that someone from their team will contact me but no one ever did!
Worst customer service! I want to say this is a fraud business!
