Fast response from Stephen from Customer service! And it was on a Sunday during Labor day weekend. Contacting customer service was easy! Stephan was very nice to deal with.

BUYER BEWARE!

The light therapy device does not have the specifications to actually do what it claims to do. It’s basically a red light that vibrates without the correct specs of a REAL Red Light Therapy Tool. The microneedling kits come with only 2 sterile heads but 6 bottles of serum. Four of those bottles are useless without the matching number of sterile heads. PLEASE READ THEIR “100 Day” guarantee! It covers basically nothing, and there are restocking fees, only partial refunds on eligible tools, plus shipping costs to return any eligible item. Oh, and they will deduct the cost of the “free gifts” they sent with your order and charge you for them. I ordered the wrong thing and immediately (within 5 minutes or less) cancelled the order and explained I’d ordered the wrong thing. Customer Service said no problem, a refund would be issued. It took over a month and several emails to get my refund. The day I finally opened a dispute with my credit card company, I had my refund. This company is deceptive, pure and simple. I take full responsibility for not fully reading their return policy. If I had, I would have never ordered from them. Lesson learned.

The company dealt with my concern right away. I’m very happy with their prompt service.
