Good communication and timely response.

I ordered two braces and received them. I was very impressed with the way they looked but they were too small. I apparently ordered the wrong size. I am ordering a new size.

Thank you kindly for your quick response in dealing with my product. Yes I would like to get a replacement which would be the large instead of the extra large I have. That is very kind of you and as far as service it's excellent. I understand you're a growing company and that is very professional of you to kindly help me in my situation. Ordered 4 peakflex braces 2 left 2 right size medium. I received 4 left braces. I emailed customer service and advised them that I had received 4 left braces vice 2 left and 2 right braces. They came back and informed me that my order was for 4 left braces. I replyed back stating that when I had placed the order I thought that I had changed the quanity from 4 left braces to 2 left and 2 right braces. Without hesiation they have agreed to send me 2 right peakflex braces size medium with no additional charges to me.

I messaged peak flex and let them know that the knee braces that we got were a little too big and that we needed the large instead of the extra large and they are sending it out to us and they have been really great about getting back with me when I had any questions and they are really good to work with

This knee brace is very comfortable and easy to use. I like the light weight design. The customer service is great and the ordering was very simple.

Great customer service to go with a really neat product. I've been using knee sleeves for a couple of decades now and I've never been so pleasantly surprised by one! The patella cushion is really comfortable and I love the tightening knob and extra support these sleeves provide! If you have larger legs I would recommend one size up from what you would usually get, but other than that I can't recommend these enough! And they are covered by your HSA! Give PeakFlex a try if you want good support and comfort for your knees!

Customer service is excellent they have helped me tremendously with my purchase. I ordered the knee brace the tightening function caught my eye because my tibia is bowing. It works great with reducing the clicking in my knee but I had to continue to adjust it. I reached out to Customer service and they had suggested i try a smaller size. They have made this process effortless.

I ordered a size large according to their measurements, but it was too big for my leg no matter how tight I got it so it’s not necessarily just based on your weight I was on the very low end of the scale for weight. I could not get it to fit me. I immediately emailed the company and they assured me that they would send me a smaller size free and no requirement to return the one that was too big. They required me to leave a review prior to them shipping a size medium to me free of charge so I am leaving this honest review and we’ll see what happens if I get the medium in the mail and if it’s free of charge so far so good as far as for the product it did seem to be well-made, but since I was not able to actually use it, I wait for the smaller size to see how it actually works.

I purchased four PeakFlex knee sleeves! The company sent them right away and the design helps as I can "dial-in" the support as needed. I look forward to many years of support from these sleeves! I would recommend them to anyone experiencing knee weakness. I had a little issue with the sleeve fitting my knee properly and the customer service I receive was phenomenal in rectifying the situation.

When I ordered I went by the weight recommendation and it did not fit but great customer service was given by agreeing to a free replacement I believe it will work great if it fits

The peakflex brace looks and feels authentic and sturdy with all features working well, the only issue was that I ordered a size lower and will requesting for a bigger because I like what I saw.

Brace excellent support. Best brace and I've tried many. However, impossible to loosen once made tight. Customer service is very good. Although I offered to return or exchange the brace, Customer Service will send me free replacement. No exchange nor return required.

The product is well made and the fit was great.
But, what makes the review 5 star more appealing is their customer service. A small glitch in size was immediately taken care of, The response time was immediate, courteously taken care of. The best response time I have every experienced.

I ordered two left size XL. When they I arrived I excitedly put them on only to find they were to loose. I could tell they would actually work great for me in a size large. I emailed the company and they answered within 24 hours said they would send another set at no charge and also cover shipping. That's what I call good customer service! I look forward to my new set and yes they do work!

Ordered the peak flex knee sleeve and I used the online chart to determine size. I ordered a large (6 ft, 175 lbs). It came promptly but was too small. I wrote them an email explaining what happened and they promptly returned a response telling me what I can do to get a larger size. It’s very easy to work with this company.
