Its've been very helpful for my mom, and she now clearly hears, thanks to Modern Hearing.

Aides are comfortable to wear. Had an issue after one week but was resolved satisfactorily. I like them.

Modern Hearing have two hearing aids. The "Custom" which is an In-The-Ear hearing aid and the "Connect" which is a behind-the-ear hearing aid with the speaker in the ear. The "Connect" is a more powerful hearing aid that works great for severe hearing loss. It also is a Bluetooth connected unit that can be used to control the hearing aid in more ways than any other app that I have used. Not only can you use the app to adjust the hearing aid to you hearing loss, but you can adjust what each of the 4 modes can do by setting the noise suppression. voice enhancement, impact noise suppression and wind noise suppression for each mode.
Both hearing aids work great for restaurants and any other situation you may get into. The price of each hearing aid type is great'

Completely changed my grandma's hearing. easy to sit up and delivery was very fast.

I loved the hearing aids, the price and the sound quality.

My first hearing aids were $5000. My second pair were less because the guy was being transferred and knew I had been with them for awhile, so he gave me a discount. When I lost one of them they replaced it. but all of that wasn't worth the $5000. I decided to try the OTC ones and then I received information on Modern Hearing. Decided to try them just to see if I was missing something that I could pay less for and still enjoy good hearing.. Put them in as soon as I received them and was so excited with the crisp and clear sound. Right now I have 3 other hearing aids I have tried, all at a good price, but I believe Modern Hearing has the best sound of them all. Am so glad I took a chance on another kind. I can't wear them when I go out because my small ear canal doesn't seem to want to hold them in, but I sure enjoy my television and visitors more.

Your hearing aids power on, amplify sound, and respond to controls as designed. The difficulties you have described reflect a compatibility issue between the Comfort's design range and your right ear's level of loss, and an amplification sensitivity on the left side, rather than a manufacturing defect.

2. 45-Day Better Hearing Guarantee

Our 45-Day Better Hearing Guarantee is a voluntary commercial policy. It applies where a customer experiences no measurable improvement compared with wearing no hearing aids at all. The Important Information section of our Refund Policy specifies that the device is designed for mild to moderate hearing loss in the range of 20 to 60 dB. Because the guarantee is voluntary, it comes with defined terms to keep the process fair for both parties.

3. Processing and Cost Considerations

Returns under our Refund Policy ordinarily involve non-refundable tracked outbound shipping of $20, carrier return processing of $20 where applicable, and warehouse reprocessing on receipt of $15, representing standard deductions of between $35 and $55 depending on the return scenario. Each returned set also undergoes medical-grade disinfection and replacement of all hygiene-sensitive components. As part of the goodwill resolution below, these standard deductions are waived.

My connect device works as good as the $4700. Model I tried for a week from Audible. Takes some time to figure out how to tune my connect model hearing aids. Each side is tunable on each mode separately! I can’t yet make the Bluetooth work to play video sound from my iPhone but the Bluetooth works fine on phone calls. They get better each day as I fine tune them. Absolutely worth the $500 price tag as long as they continue to work.

Quality is fine, the good thing was delivery which was really good they delivered on time and packaging was also nice.

Good fits and the price was amazing. Only request is to improve shipping speed.

Bought this as a gift and the recipient was very pleased with it. Prices are fair for what you get; I feel like I received good value. The item arrived well packaged — no damage and everything exactly as described. Everything was exactly as listed. No surprises, which I mean in the best way. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the item was presented when it arrived. The product matched the photos and description on the site very closely. The estimated delivery date shifted by a day, which was a minor inconvenience. Good overall — the minor issues don't take away from what was a positive experience.

They advertise a 45 day trial., But that is not what it appears to be. These hearing aids did not solve my problem, which is a severe hearing loss and the amount that they changed the hearing was negligible, but as they put it “technically any increase in sound qualifies“ so to them that meant that the age were six successful and acceptable and not subject to a full refund.

Instead, they came up with a list of shipping costs, open box issues, and an offer of a 40% refund. This approach is what I considered to be fundamentally unethical, advertising and bad corporate behavior.

I would not want to do business with a company with these low ethical standards. Their product probably works for those with mild hearing loss, but it did not work for me and And, I cannot recommend it nor can I recommend the Management in any degree of good faith.

Simply the best should’ve tried it earlier

I purchased the OTC Modern Hearing, hearing aids about 2 weeks ago. They arrived insured US-mail as indicated in the purchase agreement. The hearing aids were already charged and ready to use. The package included a quick start guide with very simple and direct instructions for use, common problems with simple solutions, charging, and cleaning instruction.
I have only encountered 1 problem that problem was addressed on the quick start guide. The devise includes a verity of ear domes to accommodate ear cannel fit. The truth is that there are several shapes and sizes of domes available. Selecting the correct one can be a bit confusing. My problem was quite simple and very correctable. The domes were too small to block sound feedback, a squealing noise. This problem is addressed in the device instructions. As instructed, I began to increase the dome size to achieve a better fit. The largest sized dome was still a bit small and still allowed feedback. I considered contacting Modern Hearing for assistance with this matter but decided not to. What they include with the hearing aids will accommodate 90% of the users that would purchase them. I believe they included a set of each size domes they sell. I started on Amazon and found a package of domes 1 mm larger. I ordered the and installed as soon as they arrived. Problem SOLVED. I know and visit with several people that wear hearing aids. I had a very good idea what the differences are. My hearing has vastly improved with the hearing aids. But it's not the same as natural. For the price point I didn't expect hearing aids to restore my hearing. I only expected what they deliver improved hearing! I'll learn how to cope with the differences. As I continue use them.
