Disolves well in water
A great fibre supplement with 8 different types of soluble fibres. You really have to pack the scoop solid to ensure you get the full 10g (I weighed mine) - a level scoop is only 8g. However, it disolves well in plain water and isn't too gritty. This is definitely an improvement on a previous and more expensive fibre supplement I tried. This one's a keeper.

Habitual and weight loss
I found the supervised TDR program easier than what I had built it up too in my head, with the help of my coach and the Habitual food replacement, the first three months flew by, not having to think about what I was eating so I could focus on everything else was great.
His help then with reintroducing food ( which I did struggle with) made it a little easier.
I actually lost three stone over all and returned to pre diabetes. The program worked for me and three months later I am still maintaining the weight I achieved so feel proud I persevered to the end.
Which leaves me the task of saying thank you to my Doctor for encouraging me to do it, my coach Dalvir, Habitual for the food replacement sachets and Xyla for running the program, plus all the friends who put up with me.

Shop app is not good takes you…
Shop app is not good takes you different products. Delivery hasn’t arrived yet. It should have arrived yesterday. DHL advise it will arrive today.
Reason for 1 star was due to waiting in for a delivery which didn’t arrive.
DHL apparently incorrectly routed the delivery so needed to arrange another day to be at home to take delivery.
Habitual have given the reason why but how do you prevent this happening again?
The box was huge for the product packed.
Due to Habitual staff at least engaging I’m am increasing experience from 1 star to 3.

First class products
