I loved the porridges
I loved the porridges and shakes, the soups were a little weird tasting… I lived mostly on the porridge and managed to stick to it religiously… lost 6st in 4 months

Great weight loss results
The company sent the correct items I ordered on every occasion ie 4 times. The products were tasty and easy to make up with water. I managed to lose 2 stone in 12 weeks by following the instructions which were explained clearly. Thank you habitual.

Products inedible since they changed supplier
Previously this would have been 5 stars. I successfully managed to complete a weight loss programme using Habitual products.
However, they have changed suppliers now and the new products are just awful. To the point that I have wasted my money as they are inedible. Such a shame as it was a great programme to follow.

Love the tomato soup and lost two and a half stone. However, the recipe has changed and now I find it revolting. I sent a message through the app to enquire if it had been changed but have had no response. Won't be ordering again

The meal replacement at the start was just right to kick start the weight loss and then to continue to follow the phases, helped to change my thinking.

Great experience throughout
My coach was fantastic, always responded to any questions I had and got back to me quickly. The products I was on at the beginning of the process were much better than I had anticipated. I never felt hungry. The app and work books were very useful. Overall without the plan I wouldn’t have been able to overcome my diabetes.
