I am extremely disappointed about your handling the GloraMd order which I placed on 23rd June , 2026and to this day I am still waiting no delivery . And your support persons very calmly listen to you complaint but nothing is done and though they promise to definitely find out whereabouts of your order and package and they promise to text you and give you full information nation . Nothing happens , all you get is from trustpilot to know how you would grade their service , and nothing about my order how soon I would get it ?.
That is extremely annoying, I have paid $ 122 dollars for three GloraMd serum bottles where is Mr order ?. I need to know urgently.

I saw the ad and after recovering from throat cancer and looking pretty bad from losing weight and not using any makeup through treatments. I needed a lift. I just rec’d my GloraMD serum so have only used it twice. I will review the product when I have a sense of it. The customer support was impressive! When I looked online to figure out how to best use the product I saw conflicting recommendations so decided to write to customer service. I rec’d a response right away and was offered further assistance as needed. They were friendly, helpful and kind. I appreciate that.

Let me clarify.... Only after placing your order, they show you the total amount for a very quick second and by then it is too late to undo your order.
