Akka does NOTHING except empty your bank account
I was diagnosed with a fatty liver by a doctor on August 6, 2025 during a body scan. I immediately turned to the supplement market to try to reverse it. I found Akka and bought 6 bottles of it for $258 believing the hype of their infomercial that I found thru Facebook. I have completed taking all the bottles and felt NOTHING. I was really looking forward to the improvement in my energy but today I'm as lethargic as ever. I just now finished watching that lengthy infomercial by Dr. Gina Sam AGAIN making her FAKE claims about AKKA and decided to express my experience. Funny how that infomercial boasts at the beginnning about the "7-second routine" that Dr. Gina Sam came up with to treat your fatty liver but it never gets mentioned again. That's because the 7-second routine is how long it takes to swallow the two capsules of Akka each day!

I started taking Emma first then I…
I started taking Emma first then I implemented Akka to my routine. After about a week Emma started working helping me get cleaned out and stopping constipation. Then I started Akka and I started being less bloated and gassy. Now after 3 months of Emma and 2 months with Akka I am way less gassy no constipation and I'm more energetic. I haven't lost weight yet, but I feel lighter bottom line for me the products work you just have to be committed and stay with it and let me tell you I usually quit if I don't see results, but it gave me results within 2 weeks and still working.
