Very good experience with the product. We bought pocket pro. Thanks to Mido.

It was a great experience and great marketing and great efforts from Tamer
We bought the massage belt and massage gun. Definitely highly recommend 10/10

Tamer was extremely helpful.
Had a slight issue with my belt which has been so amazing with my lower back issue. I came to Westfield White City one weekend told him about the problem and when I returned the following weekend he replaced my belt and remembered me. Fantastic customer service and fabulous products.

We bought pocket pro and thanks to mido for the professional service. At the autism show.

We met a lovely salesperson name Mr Tamar, at the Westfield shopping centre in the UK. He was wonderful. And showed us the entitled range of products. The new massage gun and shoulder pads were very impressive. We left with a larger massage gun. And feel the product is great! ESP having purchased multiple things online that aren’t so durable. This is a good product. It was thanks to him we understood what and how it works.

Pocket pro. Amazing product. Thanks to for the service to Midi.

Met mido at the Cheshire show, gave me a demonstration had awful knots in my neck. Felt so relaxed after, so I purchased one. One of the nicest guys I could of meet, so helpful

I never really write reviews , but honestly the customer service that Tamer gave me was excellent. I am really satisfied with my purchase and will be returning.

Tamer provided an exceptional customer experience while introducing me to the Truviv Massager. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the product’s features and benefits, helping me feel informed and confident in my decision to purchase the device.

What stood out most was his patience and genuine commitment to helping. He answered my questions thoroughly, offered practical advice for safe and effective use, and made the experience both enjoyable and informative.

Tamer focused on understanding my needs and providing helpful guidance. He is an outstanding representative of Truviv, and I highly recommend both Tamer and the Truviv Massager to anyone seeking excellent service and product expertise.

Bought the massage belt from Westfield, Tamer was very helpful explaining everything. Definitely recommend.

Thank you to zed in Westfield

We bought pocket pro from Westfield shopping centre and I really appreciate the way we were served by Zed. Thanks a lot Zed!🙏

Zed helped me try on the machine . She is such a bubbly and funny lady and was very sweet. The machine was put on my neck and felt very relaxing. Thank you Zed !!

Bought Trivia trufit from the St Albans food festival. Our demonstration was great and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Thanks to Miljo for his help

We bought the Truviv Trufit massage from the food festival in St Albans.

What a great machine. Highly recommended.

Special thanks to Mido. He demonstrated the product really well and wasn’t at all pushy, which is exactly what we wanted. We don’t buy when the seller is pushy so many can learn from his style.

The product seems ok.however the staff at the Westfield Shopping centre stand was rude and impolite person. He is doesn't deserve to be in a people facing role.
First they ask you you come and try and then they ask you now you have to buy.
