I was in desperate need of advice dealing with a third party Insurer which made my predicament more precarious. Katherine was reassuring and listened to me, gave me solid information and followed that up in an email. I felt she understood and cared.

Said I was not eligible for no win no fee even before knowing anything about my case then proceed to ask for £700+ for the first appointment. After explaining my case and asking for more info about their fixed fee, my email was ignored and never answered. They don't care about you or your case, only about the money. I wouldn't recommend.

Lack of expertise,very poor communication ,website claims do not use paralegal solicitors for personal injury claims but they do and altered website after my complaint.stay away at all costs

I contacted a dozen law firms and only some of them responded. Unfortunately, each of them immediately stated that they could not help me but could tell me after paying the appropriate fee why I would not be able to do anything about it.

Mr Mirek, devoted his time and defined my situation and helped me take the next steps. At the end of the message, he did not ask for a fee and wished me good luck - let me remind you that the information from him helped me a lot in my case.
