When you approach an agency like TrustVISA you're usually under a good deal of stress. Ellie was calm, helpful, and delivered what she promised. There was even a representative to meet me at Arrivals and see me through immigration. I hope I never need their help again, but if I do I shall return with 100% confidence.

I would rate TrustVisa 100 stars, if possible for getting me out of an impossible situation. I already landed at the Airport in Vietnam and was denied entry. A situation even immigration didn’t see a way out off (considering it was a national holiday) and required me to leave the country and come back even if I managed to get an urgent visa.

Briefly about the situation. Even though I didn’t need a visa for the passport I hold, my passport expiry date was less than 6 months which means I didn’t qualify for the 45 days free visa and hence I needed a visa to access the country. I only realised this at the airport in Vietnam.

I was then being held at the airport for 5 hours till the next available flight later that evening before we contacted TrustVisa.

Not only did TrustVisa help me get the express visa on a national holiday, I also didn’t need to leave the country. I am really surprised and impressed.

I didn’t realise that I would need a visa as I was travelling on my Irish passport instead of my British one. We were leaving for our honeymoon this morning (Sunday, and a Bank Holiday in Vietnam!) and as I didn’t know what to do I missed my flight! I then told my sister, who recommended TrustVisa.vn.

They organised an eVisa for me to be ready three hours after I landed, but in the end it was less than two hours.

I was so impressed with their efficiency, they saved my honeymoon! I was so stressed and they reassured me and fixed everything. Kate handled my case, she answered all my questions and remained available to me for the duration of the travel, checking that I was ok and had got my suitcase (they arranged for it to be stored at lost and found, right next to the main exit).

Got my visa in less than 12hours

We planned a trip to Vietnam for our honeymoon and was met with consistent struggles to obtain our tourist visas. While the Government e-visa process (which is still in process as I write this) and even Klook’s “urgent process” were disappointing and unresponsive nearly making us unable to board our flight, TrustVisa was able to swoop in and save the day just 30 minutes before our plane was set to board. The team was incredibly responsive and made sure to keep in touch through every flight and layover until we finally laded in Vietnam. They even went beyond that, making sure to meet us at the immigration station with our printed visas and a fast track through the crowd. 10000% recommend.
