We emailed the reviewer in question regarding this completely untrue claim, but never received a response.
The alleged unaccepted review in question was published (long before this TP review). It appears the actual issue is that the reviewer is unhappy with the trader's response.
The review in question:

Triple glazing was ordered to an agreed formal glazing specification. A different product specification supplied which did not fit the windows and therefore had to be taken away. Replacements were offered at full cost i.e. the 50% upfront deposit paid was forfeit. Mark Smith Glazing was not prepared to reach any replacement agreement which incurred any cost whatsoever to them.
BUSINESS RESPONSE: The glass was ordered to the exact specification the client asked for. When we went to install the client had given us the wrong specification. We offered to order new glass at cost and install but this was refused. The above review is just trying to damage our company and from our 5* reviews this is just not how our business operates. We pride ourselves on quality and excellent customer service.

Trusted Trader Scheme - business perspective
I was extremely happy with the thorough nature of the vetting process for the Trusted Trader scheme, including the home visit, which I believe is essential.
The Trusted Trader email alerts have been working very well and is extremely easy to use. This makes communication with clients very straight forward.
The scheme has helped me expand my business at a manageable rate and has introduced me to some extremely nice customers.
I am totally satisfied with my experience of the Trusted Trader scheme so far and would recommend it without hesitation to other service providers.

Reliable, trustworthy and vetted businesses only are allowed to join this scheme. Council Trading Standards Officers spend upto 2 hours interviewing each prospective business to ensure that the business is operated to the highest standard

Home improvements done by people you can trust
I have found the Trusted Trader scheme to be a great resource when trying to find someone to carry out home improvements. I have been able to find someone local that I can rely on and can see their (verified!) reviews.
Their staff are always polite and helpful.
There are a few similar schemes out there but this is 100% the best one for supporting both home owners and traders.

GR Window and Door Specialist Ltd is a First Class Company
GR Window and Door Specialist Ltd has restored my faith in door and window installers. The whole process was easy as everything is made very clear in the emails. The staff were helpful and attended when stated. The installation team were efficient, very tidy and did a first class job. I had no qualms about leaving them to work in my home whilst I went out as they both just got on with the job. I was never left wondering what was going on and was kept informed of all proceedings. There was a hiccup, on my part, with the final payment but I was not treated as a bad debtor. I was highly embarrassed about the situation but was dealt with kindly and with patience whilst I remedied the situation.
A first class company which sells and installs excellent products with skill.
