Trust Drives is a local driveway and paving business based in Gloucester with over 30 years of experience. We specialise in the installation of resin, tarmac, block paving and cobble paved driveways. We also undertake driveway repairs and maintenance, whether you need to extend an existing driveway or you need a new driveway or patio – we can help. Alongside driveways, we can help with paving, patios, slabbing, garden landscaping, brick walls and steps. We don’t take upfront payments, we offer free, no-obligation quotations and all our work is fully guaranteed.

Don't Trust Drives

Trust Drives Installed block paving 12 months ago and it is now sinking. I have been chasing them to return since June but now they have told me they are not coming back to fix it. Even though they told me it was guaranteed for 10 Years when it was installed. It have reported them to the local authorities in both East Cheshire & Gloucestershire. This is now in the hands of my legal team.

Your response is all lies, all the work was completed by Trust Drives solely.
But nice try to attempt to push the blame on to someone else.

Hi Terry,

We initially installed a block paving driveway for you, and we did provide a guarantee for the work we completed. However, we understand you've since had the block-paved driveway extended using another contractor. It's on the extended part of the drive that you're experiencing problems. We cannot be responsible for work carried out by another contractor.

Have you tried to contact the other contractor for them to fix their work?

Our driveways are built to the highest standards and designed to last the length of the guarantee period. We provided paperwork to confirm the build of your driveway, including a guarantee for the work undertaken. This unfortunately does not cover additional work carried out by other 3rd parties.

Have you explained this to the Local Authorities? - They might be able to help you track down the other contractors that worked on your driveway?

We took photographs of our work showing the driveway we completed. This does not include the additional work undertaken on the driveway by the other contractor.

We would be happy to quote to repair the extended part of the driveway. Please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Company now appears to have ‘relocated’ from Manchester to Gloucester???? Most previous media reviews and posts have been taken down?

A fantastic transformation of our old multi level sloping garden and driveway.
We decided to use Trust Drives following a nearby neighbour also had their driveway done. A decision we do not regret.
Great communications from the start with a realistic timeframe from quote to completion. The team worked tirelessly and were clean, tidy and respectful of our neighbours throughout.
The price quoted was the price paid too with no ‘once the job has started’ increases.

Genuinely, if you are looking at getting your driveway transformed……look no further.

I will add to this review in 6 months and 12 months to give a time served reflection but I’m positive all will still be perfect.
