Obvious fake reviews. The site has a big button trying to convince companies to sign up -- so clearly the whole site is just a scam trying to get money from companies (based on other posted reviews, maybe an extortion scheme trying to force companies to remove "bad reviews" that were fake to begin with?)

I work with a small charitable organization, and was curious if they had "reviews" for this organization. Sure enough, there are reviews talking about the products and services purchased. But the organization does not sell anything -- services or products!

I discovered my company had nice favourable reviews on Trustburn.

But, whilst my company is brilliant (I would a say that wouldn't I!), I do not recognise ANY of the reviewers.

I have no idea who is putting the reviews up, let alone why. So I would say do not trust Trustburn.

All fake reviews made by fake people. This should not be out there... Do not trust this site!

Absolute nonsense. Fake reviews from fake clients about non-existent people and departments in our firm. I could sort-of understand if a competitor had paid for negative reviews, but overall the reviews are very positive. Just very weird.

We are getting review bombed by people who we've never done business with and wouldn't due to us working in rail. We provide services for the rail industry.

I received an email from Trust Burn informing me that I had received a 1-star review for my business. I’ve tried to email them, but they are demanding a payment of $99/month to remove the fake or negative reviews.

Everyone works harder and harder to establish their business reputation and credibility online, but Trust Burn uses fake reviews to earn and destroy businesses' credibility, so please beware and don’t list your business on Trust Burn.

Scam. They write a bad review for a company so you need to pay and subscribe just to report this review which is written by themselves. Horrible strategy which will never survive.

Yep, same as the others here. We had a super generic one star review that looks like the person never even looked at our site. Its obviously a scam. Steer clear of this site, don't sign up, don't put any pieces of code on your website to verify yourself and don't pay them any money.

They look like they have tried to make their site legit with other scam watch website, but nobody ever visits their site. How can you have a review site with no traffic?

I received an email from trustburn informing that I had received a 1 star review for my business. It was very generic “I expected more. Results fell flat and uniformative”. Unless the customer used a false name either for my services or to do the review, I never did business with him, and the review is totally fake.
Reading other reviews here it is clear that this is a scam site. Just waiting for them to contact me now to tell me how they can help me remove them!

No idea who the reviewer is. Scammers.
I emailed on how they verify reviewers (reviews being the core of their business lol) and they cant/wont answer the question. And why no phone number, as a normal business would have.

totally fake reviews. Who trusts this site must be crazy. They are posting fake bad reviews to get you to pay for their removal service.

FAKE, FAKE, FAKE
I received the usual solicitaion for a "free" indepth review of my website. The email claims they can remove the bad reviews of my company. I did an internet search and found my company on trustburn. I only do LOCAL commercial services. None of these are factual, apparently a scheme to get your business to engage with another removal company. I will file complaint with the attorney general. Maybe with all the other censorship the government likes to do, they could actually be of service.

This nonsense scam website shows fake reviews that are AI generated. My company is on their website and is driving clients away from my company because of fake reviews. They don’t respond to removal requests.

Trustburn has 10 reviews for our company for services we don't offer. Fake reviews. Fake customers. Fake services. As such, I would not trust this company.

My business is on there (I don't know how). The names of the reviewers are fake and they have never been my clients or tenants. This website is completely bogus and should be reported

Fake reviews, all favourable but all obviously created by AI, all much too similar to each other. Why wouild Trustburn do this? Is it just clickbait? Or are the companies themselves in on the scam? We have been completely ripped off by a company that has lots of glowing 'reviews'. Trustburn is a shameful ripoff of Trustpilot which itself seems genuinely very trustworthy.
