I dont know which is worse, the quality or the customer service, but they are both terrible.

We bought the Trust Ruya gaming chair for my sons Christmas through Argos. The chair is extremely comfortable and feels like excellent quality.
Unfortunately though, my son was swinging on the chair an hour after it was assembled and snapped the LED wire.
Trust customer service were helpful and efficient. I spoke with Jules and Ari and they sorted me with a replacement wire free of charge, which I didn’t expect but was a very kind gesture. My son was so happy to have it working again.
I’d recommend this brand to anyone looking for good quality gaming accessories.

Would almost consider a 4, but with their customer service I can't really do that. I did buy a mouse one time years ago that broke in a few weeks (side buttons broke), but at the same time I have a mouse of theirs that I owned even before that one which I am still using after 8+ years of owning it.

The reason I am giving 5 stars on top of that is because I have one of their emita 252 mic's, which I've also owned for 8-9 years that I got as a gift.

A few years ago a part broke off (BY USER ERROR) and I just made my own solution, but when that completely broke I decided to try my luck at getting a spare part from customer service. It took a few days, but thankfully without proof of purchase (since it was a gift) but supplying some pictures and explanations I got it sent at no charge and can now use my microphone as new again!

Overal, a lot of products, maybe a bit less so on the complete budget side, are of a very good quality and last a long time with proper handling in my experience!

Audio speaker= making noise, wireless mouse= can't click anymore. Cheaply made Chinese products that somehow are sold for too much money for the quality that they represent. Advise=Stay clear.

I bought some electronics from trust when it got delivered I noticed some broken electronics on some of the goods. I contacted support explaining that some broken goods are been delivered and I want send the broken goods and have a refund on the goods, I was told my money can not be refund. I tried contacting the support again but I was met with silence. At this stage of life, peace of mind matter most. Thanks to CENTURY and 100 I get my withdrawals without worry.

Trust Azor Keyboard = Waste of Money Keys 7‑0 don’t work. Bought through Very, but their phone line is blocked, and Trust only offers a useless text messages for “support.” Between a faulty product and zero help from either company, this was a complete waste of money. Avoid it. Pesonally they dont know what the word Trust means

i bought serveral computer mice from trust and every single one of them acts up after a few years in the same way all of them,
this to me seems like they are making them to break right after the incurrence runs out to get more money out of you wich is making me bust this scam

I was happy with the Trust GTX 144 Rexx for about five months until the scroll wheel stopped working. I bought it open-box on eBay, so no returns were possible. The mouse felt too small for my hand, and the middle scroll button was hard to press accurately. Overall, I’m disappointed and now searching for a better, larger mouse. 😤

baught this gaming mouse for my PC because I don't like the lightweight mice, feels great in the hand and the left/right buttons are textured which feels great, mouse pad that's included is great too, the mouse glides on it smoothly

Kaufte ein universal-Ladegerät für meinen Acer-laptop, auf dem Produkt stand, dass man Zusatzstecker gratis über die Webseite bestellen kann. Leider fand ich diese Funktion nicht, sieht eher wie eine Verkaufsmasche aus.

Paid £15 for a keyboard that doesn't even connect to my pc, despite being written very clearly on the box that they are compatible. The steps shown on the very small instructions manual don't even have any text with them and are hard to understand. After around 10 minutes of trying I turned to their website. One of the FAQs was 'How do I install the keyboard' I tried the steps on the website and still nothing.
