Zeer slecht!
In het buitenland (west Europa) heel vaak geen bereik.
Ook in NL slecht bereik.
Ongelofelijk dat anno 2021 dit soort diensten slecht geleverd kunnen worden.
Vooral voor bedrijven: niet naar de prijs kijken maar naar de kosten!!! Bereikbaarheid is flexibiliteit en primair vóór elke bedrijf.

I paid for 3G for 30 days for my iPad but I cannot get any service from it. I’ll have to eat the cost and sign up with someone else.

Wow after Truphone read my review they refunded my $15 I didn’t even think that was a possibility I hadnt asked for it so it’s pretty awesome of them to do that

I am rapt with Truphone. We have a young child and didnt want to pay crazy amounts for a phone plan but wanted our child to be able to call us from their apple watch in an emergency. SO impressed. Great job with the family setup, we found it easy to setup and it performed exactly the way it was advertised to do so. Thanks again.

Paid for an esim to use as a data plan, Was charged but never used the data. Tried for a week to make calls or use data and every time kept telling me I was not connected to the internet. Unable to get money refunded for data I was never able to use.

Seit 3-4 Monaten geht meine E-sim nicht. Keiner kümmert sich drum und abgebucht wurde trotzdem. Ich möchte mein Geld zurück

Truphone left my esim tied up in their service, leaving me without the ability to activate with another service, for over a week. They never call or email back with updates like they promised. I had to call them daily for a week.

Update...
After being told that my number could not be ported, I terminated service and utilized verizon. 2 days after, truphone stole my phone number, after canceling the number port in request, and left me without a working phone again. This occurred on a friday and was told that they would look into it the following monday. I ultimately lost my phone number that I have had for sixteen years to these incompetent knuckle heads.

Bought the plan after the company says it works in Juneau. Don’t work. Beware.

They rated me for 250 euro in 1 month! I used it only for a few days.
Impossible to contact them and impossible to claim a refund.

I haven't used this service but I can tell you that there are much cheaper options for data use abroad. Do your research!

1 star for being an overpriced, unnecessary service.

Horrendous. Spoke to support before spending $800 on an apple watch, on their clear advice I could link the watch to my phone. After literally 2 weeks of trying to set it up, and numerous slow replies with varying instructions, weeks go by and someone finally tells me "no, you cannot link your watch to your existing phone number". I was livid. Not only that, they are still trying to deduct $99 a month from my account and claim they can't cancel the service. Stay well away from this business, absolute scam.

I cannot even sign up, they are complicating so much…
When I contacted support with my problem, they were not helpful at all…It was like they did not read the email I sent to them…

Bought Apple Watch for xmas..Have tried over 20 times to email or call in 3 months..they still can’t get it work..never return calls or emails..woeful company don’t bother..why is no other company doing family sharing in Oz? Bought time for an iPad without a problem but when I bought another package for a 2nd iPad, I made the mistake of pressing 'auto renew' and found I'd been charged for 4 separate plans were apparently lurking unknown in my past history! Customer service insisted this was all my fault. I wrote to the CEO and eventually got my money back but the self-justifying continued. Some companies just never learn that LISTENING to a customer with a problem is wiser than trying to prove a point. Will avoid in future.

After buying 20 esim for my work on the Digikey website, I was unable to grab any working network on my device.

Customer service was polite but pretty long to answer. We went through a number of emails where he wanted to check some parameters then he pushed me in the hands of the technical support. They keept saying that I should connect to Orange France network but the device didn't. Tried different devices and lost a lot of time to manipulate, change esim, reconnect, change the config, reconnect, ... (I am a telecom cellular engineer so I had no worries with the technical terms)

After several weeks, I didn't plan that this operation would have taken me so much time, I switched to Things Mobile that is cheaper, easier to configurate and works like a charm.

To be noted, I was not able to retrieve my money back since my account has been deactivated !

I use Truphone through the inbuilt sim in my iPad and it works flawlessly. Way cheaper than the other providers both in the UK (£3 for 3GB) and France (€8 for 3GB). It’s there whenever you need it and available in a few taps.

I am honestly surprised by the reviews. I have found the service EXTREMELY cost effective and easy to use/top-up etc. I am from St. Kitts and if I told you what my data roaming rates are in the UK and USA you wouldn’t believe me.

The cost of this service is negligible compared to the rates my home carrier would charge. I only use the data services which are fast and faultless. Thanks Truphone!

To be fair - I cannot comment on the product as I could not get the esim, which I paid for, to work.

Customer service was polite and we went through a number of the usual trouble shooting exercises over a number of email exchanges but nothing worked. I gave up after being led down some fruitless solution paths.

Just to test if my phone was faulty - I bought an esim from a different company and that installed fine and worked.

I have yet to know if I can get a refund or a working esim.

Summary - the product might be fine but I could not get it to work. Customer service although polite were slow to reply by email (definitely not within their 60min performance pledge) and offered generic and non-workable solutions. Luckily i didn't spend much on the esim and will move onto other companies with
a more compatible product.

Update : so after a week of back and forth emails, customer service consulted their tech help dept and came back with reinstallation instructions which solved the issue. Service has worked perfectly since.
Updated rating to 3 stars to reflect great product let down by a slow / frustrating troubleshooting experience.

Every one pays attention !!!　Don’t use this company!!! This is The Worst Company in the world !!! I bought prepaid phone card from them. Last week, I bought a new phone and turned on the wifi, and then they started charge my credit card $15 - $20 every day until I checked my credit card. I called them, they said　it is my fault, because I didn’t turn off my data usage. Has anyone heard prepaid phone card that can automatically to connect to your cell phone data usage??? They cheat！！！

Después de más de 5 años trabajando con ellos, bajo unas circunstancias tan excepcionales como es la crisis del COVID-19 se niegan a ofrecer soluciones aceptables a sus clientes. No hablamos de ni de perdonar deuda ni de cancelar contratos. Ni siquiera permite la reducción de costes innecesarios para empresas afectadas gravemente (como es el sector turismo) por la situación económica mundial o por las medidas tomadas por los gobiernos durante la pandemia. Se agarran a los contratos de permanencia y no permiten modificaciones.
Falta completa de empatía con sus clientes y bajeza moral absoluta

I have received call from truphone sim, calling back to voice mail says ' the number is not recognised please check your number and try again', weird. 😄
