Incredibly poor customer service
Incredibly poor customer service. Only answers your emails every 2 days. Gives unclear answers about what you can do to return your package that is being mistakenly delivered. Tried to issue a return label because of a wrong order and a wrong delivery address but received incomplete replies regarding the return of my package and very few replies within the delivery time and the product has already been delivered. They had 4 whole days to reply but they only care about the money now it would be harder to return the product and they would charge you for return fees because of their own slow customer service and insanely confusing website with these prices and subscriptions. Not to mention that their supplements actually work, and their percentage claims are just a scam to get people to trust in their product. Be careful with their website and subscription prices because they can charge you more and use your card with basically little to no warning. Claims on return and refund policy is a joke because they dont care about the customers' problems but just for it to be delivered and get paid. Bad experience with this company highly recommend to be careful when ordering here or just dont at all.

Even though the protein tasted good and my kid liked the gummies, we got scammed out of 2 packages of sleep gummies AND 2 packages of vitamins. The company told us that it was the shippers responsibility because they "lost" the package. We ordered a 3 month supply and everything came in one package. Therefore, they did not pack it in the box. They refuse to rectify this, continuing to blame the shipper telling my to file a complaint with them. However, nowhere on my invoices or emails does it even say the company who shipped me this product so i can not even look into that route. Not very impressed, especially when I spent a pretty penny on the product.

Cancelled my subscription in March. Have the email confirmation. They charged me again in June. I cancelled again days ago with a note to reimburse me. Nothing. Just emailed them again asking for reimbursement and to delete my card details. Absolute scam company.

The website is very well-written. However no any response to questions. Another weird thing is that their price: I ordered two subscriptions and was going to order the third one, however none of them were at same prices. The first time I ordered three cans shake with two bottles gummy, the second time was three cans shake and three bottles gummy, they were actually same price; the third time I wanted to resume and found that price was increased a lot. No idea on how they calculate the price for new customers and returned customers. The difference on the prices makes the purchase like a scam.

Please be very very careful with this Product. The Website claimed that people from age 5-24 can benefit from this product and see height increase OR you can get your money back in 6 Months. I was 21 when I started taking this hoping that I can gain few Inches of height, I did regular exercise, Good sleep and good eating in addition to taking this product. But there were no positives and I stayed the same height. After 6 months of buying and taking this supplement, I saw no result and after that I emailed them that they should issue a refund to me because the product just did not work and I was 21 at that time. They refused to issue refund and just said a bunch of corporate language and did not agree to there claims. Please be very careful because this Product is potentially making false claims and you should instead focus on good sleep, great diet, and Working out in the gym right from the early age, and that will benefit you alot more. I spent $700 for this so please save your money and instead invest in gym membership and good food from farmers market.

Horrible shipping and bot customer service.
I ordered childrens growth gummies and the bottle arrived crushed beyond belief.
TruHeight charges premium prices for supplements, but ships items unprotected in flimsy bubble mailers.
The profit from this company comes from shipping purchased items as cheaply as they can, while having bot customer service.
I've contacted the company via email and the response was generic "please contact the delivery carrier to locate your package". 🫠
Learn from my experience and think twice before trusting a company that does not ship properly or offer real customer service.
Edit : No email was ever sent to correct this situation. Truheight only responded to my review in an attempt to not look like the bad company that they truly are.

Their customer service is awful!
Their customer service is awful! I got a plant-based shake from them and tried to exchange it for a milk-based one. I emailed them, and they replied two days later, offering a 10% refund to keep the shake, which I declined. After five more emails, I still haven't received a return label to exchange the shake. This is the worst customer service I've experienced. Once my kids finish their products, I'll be switching brands.

Customer Service/Protein Drink
The protein drink was very gritty and my son did not like the texture of it. I asked if there was anyway we could exchange or return product. I do understand safety and the product was open, but kids tend to be picky. $50 for a protein drink he will never drink and they did not offer a replacement with another product for free or even 50% money back. Nothing. So make sure before you try any of their products, you’re sure your child would like it because you will waste that money if not.

Terrible customer services
Terrible customer services. When my two sets of order arrived I found out it has melatonin in the sleep gummy, and the chocolate powder tasted awful that my kid refuses to drink it. I wanted to return the second set of unopened package but the company told me it’s not returnable. It made me realize this company is all for profit doesn’t care about their customers. Definitely think twice before purchasing anything from a company like that.

The protein shakes are my go to. Love them post dinner instead of a junky snack and I know they’re working overnight. Also I pair them with the sleep gummies most nights since I work late and need the wind down.

Been buying for my 8 year old nephew and he enjoys the flavors. He is a picking eater and won’t eat breakfast at all but making the true height shakers in a shaker bottle is perfect for the car ride to school. He thinks it’s like a dessert.

The customer service is terrible, before I used to buy the vitamins with not problem now they force you to subscribe, this is my last time using the vitamins my boys r being using it for 5 months ( I haven't seen much different) but I said that I would finished the 6 months period

Extremely Disappointed
My son really wanted to try their products. I bought him the protein powder, the growth capsules, the sleep gummies, and the brain gummies for Christmas. The protein powder is one of the worst tasting drinks I've ever had. We tried it with water, milk, in a smoothie. Gross. Neither one of us could drink it. The brain gummies smell and taste like fish and made us feel like we were burping fish oil for hours after.
The sleep gummies are fine, although I'm not sure they really do anything. And the growth capsules are easy to take.
The reason I give the bad review is for their customer service. When I purchased, I saw claims of "money back guarantee." I should have read more closely. They only give you your money back if the product is up-opened. How can you try something without opening it? So no you can't get your money back.
I emailed them and said I had a few unopened bottles. I can't return those because I'm outside the 30 day window. This was a Christmas gift so I bought them a few weeks before Christmas and tried them for a week but I was still outside the return window.
I asked if we could be offered a discount on some of the products we did like because the other ones are inedible. Nope.
Don't fall into this scam. I should have done more research. There are much better tasting protein drinks out there and upon looking closer at their ingredients in the supplements, they're just multivitamins. Choose a better brand like First Day or Hiya.

Terrible Customer Service
I contacted customer service to let them know my kids would not drink the vanilla pea protein powder that came in our bundle because it tastes terrible. I asked them to exchange the flavor for chocolate. After 2 weeks of leaving multiple voice messages and sending emails they have informed me that items in bundles cannot be exchanged and in order to return it the item would have to be unopened??? How would you know how it tastes if you don’t open it? So much for the 100% customer satisfaction they guarantee on their website. In the meantime they have sent me another shipment containing the vanilla pea protein. Returning the whole thing and cancelling our subscription. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I just received the following word salad from TruHeight. First they say they don’t accept unopened returns. Then that changes to opened. How the heck would you know if you are satisfied with the product if you haven’t opened it? They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee of nothing!

I've had a great experience so far with these products, they taste great and have a good range of options that makes it easy to take for kids, they are definitely products I recommend, mostly when taken for a period of time, obviously, they work long term not from one day to another.
